Storyteller's Circle supports exporting threads and conversations via options to arrange thread and conversation content in a way that is more 'printer friendly', allowing you to use your preferred browser's tools, such as printing to a PDF, to make an offline record of your thread and conversations.
This can be done by accessing the 'export thread' option under a thread's 'More Options' button, located in the top right of the thread beneath the thread title and to the right of the watch button:
This will take you to a screen where you can select from which page to start the export view and how many posts to display per page, with a maximum of 500. The necessary limitation means that very long threads would need to return to this screen to select the next page to continue from:
Once the page is in 'export thread' view, you would then use your browser's built-in or extended capabilities to save it. I encourage using the "print" feature with "save to PDF" as the option. I will be demonstrating this in Firefox with the following images, but the process would be similar in other browsers:
This process will leave you with an organized PDF file of the thread's posts with minimal site styling while still retaining the post date and author information of each post:
The option and process are also available for conversations and are identical:
