Food for thought

Using 100 words or less, describe a food item (fruit, vegetable, pasta type, meat, etc) without calling it by any known names, folk names included. No full meals, you are describing one ingredient/food. Describe this food in such detail that it defines the item for the reader. Your goal is to be able to describe the food, and ppl know what it is. This is a prompt to practice your descriptive ability as writers! Let's see what all of you can do!

The sweetness of the delight is shaking and sweetly thick, the redness with its looped heart shape is just electric. It refreshes the sweetness the tastes may lack without it's tender taste for so long, it thrives once it is bitten it into. The taste is inducing a sugar rush, a thick and swallowing sugar rush which drives anyone mind wild with glee. Sugar generally isn't recommended in great amounts, but this red seeded and refreshing food with thick green leaves crowning around it's head it like a queen's regal crown cannot be resisted.
