Resolved/Answered Disabling Chat

Just wondering if there's a way to disable chat completely? Like, not see it? It may be "out of the way" of doing other things on site but it is still distracting, especially on mobile. I would appreciate it if there was some way to completely hide the chat or at least, have the chat on a different page and out of sight. I don't really plan to chat in it very often and I don't like some of the things people discuss in it or how they discuss it. It's not really a big deal since I don't really chat in the chat box, but I also see it as an inconvenience because I'm trying to do other things on the site like rping and every single time a new chat message appears, I can't help but see it because it's simply there.
 
You're looking at it from the popup version of chat right? If you click the chat page and do it from there, it won't show up because you can't disable the main chat. Only the popup that shows up on all the pages.
 
Ok, I actually just found it. The guide was confusing and I thought I was supposed to click on chat tab, then click on the setting area, instead of going to the chat tab that shows up already when I first go the site. .___.
