Allow me to introduce myself. My name is, well that's not really all that important right now. You can just call me Andromeda, if you like. I found this lovely nook while searching online for recent roleplay activity and much to my surprise there is a place that is alive! It warms my heart to read some of the beautifully written rp posts here and I am hopeful that one day I too, may have a delightful place in this little slice of heaven.
If I may give a sample of my writing style:
There are more worlds than one as the story goes. Good and evil are far from absent within any of them. Her crimes would have been mildly considered if it were not for the fact she committed them in the second world. As all planes run their courses parallel, the actions in one will indeed affect all others. So the Council made a decision in her case.

So long, so far away beyond the world of the Shi, far from the Land of Promise, Land of Wonder, far from the Many Colored Lands she has traveled, moving world within world upon the sea until land once again appeared before her ever watchful eyes. Becuma Cneisgel steps out of her coracle. The round, light weight boat of reeds rocks upon clear green waters. The sun sends glistening reflections of light upon the ivory sand beach.

She wears a deep crimson satin smock and a cloak of grass green silk out of which long fringes of gold swing and sparkle. Her light sandals of white bronze fit firmly on thin shapely feet. Long, soft copper hair, bright as flames of fire drape down in thick locks over her shoulders. Her eyes wide and clear, grey as a dove's breast, they survey these mundane surroundings in search of new conquests. Her smile perfectly white as pearls yet with an evenness, the likes of which a master stone craftsman could marvel. Her lips thin and artfully curved, in truth, warm in color as winter berries and as tempting as summer fruits.

The people who prepared her departure mournfully cried, for when she would be gone there would be no more beauty left in their world.

Woe unto the people she determines and sets her intentions to extract!

She sees a Tavern in the distance, beyond the misty hillside. This will be the place of her choosing to attain knowledge and proceed with her first order of her business. She walks through the entrance, sits down in a chair, and places a few coins on the table.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read my post. Feel free to give me a bit of creative critique. I'm always up for perfecting my craft. Also, once I am accepted, do not be afraid to approach me with any suggestions for rp as I am willing to try new things and like meeting people IC & OOC.

Your Friend,
~Andromeda~

Welcome to the Circle! It is always so nice to see new faces around.

Your writing is great by the way! I think you will fit right in, we got lots of great writers around here eager to have more stories to work on!

I hope you have a good time 💫

Greetings and thank you so much, ItsFulgrim. Can hardly wait to play! See you around!

It was a nice attempt. Next time, plagiarize something less recognizable, we do celtic stuff around here. I mostly wanted to see how imaginative you'd get if you were allowed to actually make it this far, this time. Goatse. Nice.

As always, thank you kindly for your hospitality and welcoming spirit. The user that made this thread did not do so with good intentions. Their post was thinly veiled sarcasm that I only caught on when actually giving "their" writing (in truth, a plagiarized re-writing of the tale of 'Becuma of the White Skin' from Irish Fairy Tales by James Stephens) a proper read and noticing the familiarity as I've had to research Celtic mythology extensively.

One of their immediate actions was then to make a thinly veiled Irish-spirit evocative signature disguising a—absurdly stale—internet meme involving an image of a popularized rectum prolapse.

This being the height of comedy of someone whose registration details are more thinly veiled white supremacy references, means that this is not an element that will be allowed in our community.

My apologies for it getting this far, but you guys rock!

Deeply saddening, should've caught on to it earlier, but I guess the lack of sleep is catching up to me now :')

Sadly, I have been highly distracted by RL and completely and totally missed all of that because I was not paying attention. I am so glad you are so on the ball! Thank you for being the wall of protection that you are.
