I'm mainly looking for someone that is intermediate to advanced with 3 paragraphs + in length. The actual thread will have complete information and imagery, this is just an interest check with some basic information. You are required to be able to play NPC:s when necessary. Young main characters (17-19) with focus on character development, adding some romance in terms of feelings.
Epping forest, Epping, England 1565 (during the gypsy hunt)
A is not very happy about having to move, even though he's been bullied and chased by the other kids all his life for being different. But he and his father, his mother dead for several years due to sickness, has no other choice when their group is raided by people that want to harm them. So they pack up all the things they can carry and travel to Epping, hinding from their true gypsy (romani) identities. A has problems with a lot of things, not only does he lack social skills and suffer from severe anxiety, you can almost see tha something is "wrong" with him the way he avoids looking at others, keeps to himself and fails to answer when being spoken to. They manage to start a new life and A's father gets a job in Epping, which allows them to live in a proper home and eat real food. One day, A goes out into the Epping forest alone when his father is out working and a couple of hours later he notices that the forest is slowly changing with the disappearance of sunlight.
Ravenswood, Ravensport, Theuce
B has always been very fond of the forest, walking through it for hours at the time, escaping the reality of her world. She is always in trouble, speaking when she should be quiet and is curious about most things in life. Her father is working all the time, but she doesn't know with what since he's never home. She lives with her mother in a small apartment in a tall but slightly crooked building. It's damp and a nasty smell has settled into the walls, but at least it's home. Somehing you can't say about the town she lives in where horses run you over when you cross the street if you're not careful, drunk people sleep under bridges muttering about strange things and a new drug has spread like fire through the people, taking away all their humanity, turning them into monsters. And not to speak of that very large mansion on top of the hill that people are afraid to mention, where The Master lives. Since his arrival, it's always dark, and no one really knows who he is, too afraid to find out.
A managed to enter this world (Theuce), unknown to humanity as he knows it. B's clothes are funny to him, dark and gothic (pretty modern) while he is dressed in simple pants and an old, dirty shirt that is supposed to be white. They start talking, or rather she asks him a lot of questions about who he is and how he got there, and he tries to answer and explain something he himself doesn't understand. She insists on taking him home because he can't stay out there when the night falls. They start looking for the way back into his world while she slowly pulls him out of his shell, and he's helping her calm down. They establish a friendship, just as a circus comes to town.
The owner and ringleader of the circus notices A one day, immediately interested. A would be nice to add to his collection of freaks. He and The Master are on good terms, but The Master also finds the boy interesting, putting a price on his head for whoever can bring A to The Master. Now the entire town is after A and B, and right around the time that B finds out that the owner of the circus is her father, and he takes advantage of her trying to get to A, her loyalty and friendship put to the test when two people pull her in different directions.
They have to work together to get him back home to his world and overcome the obstacles thrown their way.
