Post Apocalyptic Zombie Roleplay

Is anyone gonna grab that GM role?
If not, I will!
But in all seriousness, what kind of zombies are we talking about?
Would it be a virus? If so would it spread by contact or by blood or by air? And also what would the virus do? Make you attracted to brains or make you hungry for flesh?
I just want to know what everyone views as a "zombie"

Me and Randium are starting one. We could use your help, actually. That is, if you want to. It's set on the West Coast of the United States.
