Self-explanetory. For me, meal times and meal contents are a scheduled, precise rutine, at least during the week (for weekends, I let go, I feel I dezerve it
). I never deviate from it, unles I hapen to be away from home and can not folow it, in vhich case I compenzate vith protein snacks.
0600 to 0620: Breakfast (content as descrybed in Breakfast Edition thread, most days), it never lasts longer then those 20 minutes, but not shorter either, rushing thru meals is the worst thing to do, IMO. About half a hour after I wake up in the morning.
0900 to 0920: Second breakfast, after morning workout, this time acompanyd vith 2 capsules of BCAA amino-acids, and half a shaker of whey. Agen, never longer then 20 minutes, but not shorter, either.
1230 to 1320: Lunch, first one, hi-caloric, always vith alot of meat. Either a steak or pork chops, or kebab in sauce. Corn bread, tomatoes or lettuce, and pineapple juice, most often. Plus 1 capsule of Tribulex testosterone-boost, in prep for the main workout of the day.
1500 to 1550: Second lunch, after afternoon main workout, this one is more carbo-based, no meat. Tofu, most often, or beans if I dont have any, un-processed rice or baked (not fryed) potatoes, and another half-shaker of whey. For drink, only water, preferably carbonated.
2200 to 2220: Dinner, usualy same contents as breakfast, but insted of juice, I drink hot chocolate, helps me sleep.
For the weekends, these rules (except not rushing the meal) go out the window, since I take it easy for those 2 days. Saturday and Sunday are also the only time I'l indulge myself vith less-then-healthy foods, like a pizza, fries or varius cakes.
So I'm curius, do you guys develop a struktured eating rutine, or just go vith the flow, for each day? Also how healthy do you eat?
