Answering this question would be difficult to answer since Chibi-Robo was not built with vocal chords.
Luckily he remembered he had a crayon and a piece of paper he was going to give to Jenny, a file back on Earth.
He opens the hatch on his head and drew a sloppily drawn picture of Earth.

"The longer we stay in this place of limited supplies, the more I slowly but surely run out of Energon, and the more you organics die of... what's the word... starvation. When we enter that stage, our bodies will be so weak, every movement gives us sparkwrenching, unbearable pain. Not that the explosion I am about to inflict upon the door will actually kill us all... unless you have any other better, brighter ideas that haven't already been tried, boy, I'll be ready to aim and fire. I'm all sound receptors."

Starscream lowers his body, his face closer to Nathan's.
"Do I look like one of those muscleheaded Wreckers to you? You can't just solve every problem by punching anything in your way, you know?" Starscream retorts, mildly angered before returning to a grin as he raises himself back up in a standing position.
"But if you truly do insist that I test the durability of our current obstacle, let's see how it fares against explosive action. Be sure to grab some - what do you humans call it - popcorn and pizza for the fireworks."
Starscream aimed a hand-attached rocket launcher at the door, preparing to fire it, likely until someone persuaded him to halt.

Though Emily was initially going to say something to Gakupo, she soon noticed Starscream aiming what looked like a rocket launcher at the door. Her stone beginning to glow a a bit brighter, she was ready to halt him before he caused any harm. Fortunately another group member already got Elliot and Gumi clear of the blast radius, but she had a feeling it wasn't going to stop such a rash decision from harming people.
"Wait no! Don't!" She shouted, almost in unison with Elliot.
Fortunately, Starscream was reasonable enough to at least pause momentarily, giving Emily a little time to try and think of something to say... And eventually, although she wasn't completely sure about it, something came to mind.
"If we're going to force our way out, I'll... Try it with my stone. I noticed we can't just shoot through them." She said a little tentatively, eyeing Sarge and Griff momentarily.
Although it was uncertain if it would do anything, she could try to use her stone to pry the doors open. In the event it didn't work, it would at least be safer than trying to blow it open or something like that...

“Yes! Let’s blow these Goddamn doors to hell! Those dirty Blues won’t know what hit em!” Sarge exclaimed, wholeheartedly agreeing with Starscream’s sentiment of blowing the doors down. However, he wasn’t as reasonable as the robot, so he began to rapidly shoot at the doors with his shotgun.
