As the blonde newcomer had stuck to being an observer, Mason didn't notice her amidst the chaos of training and battle. However, now that some of the chaos was dying, (and some of their opponents were, too,) Mason's eyes glanced over her. After an intitial glance, he had to take a second look to affirm what he saw.

Her clothes, that emblem sewn into her jacket, brought back memories of another incident where people were gathered from across the multiverse. In an infinite multiverse, chances were slim that you'd find the same person twice. He knew this couldn't be the same person who he knew died and returned to life, just as he had, during the Eveline Incident. However, that jacket, he thought, had to be something unique. Perhaps this woman and Reiner knew each other?

The battle could wait.

It wasn't as if Mason could do much help against superpowered opponents anyhow. The fight wouldn't miss him. Instead, he walked over to Annie and spoke with her. A somber look was on his face as less-than-pleasant memories were recalled. He spoke to Annie.

"Excuse me, ma'am? I don't mean to interrupt your conversation here, but do you know a man with short blonde hair? Wears a jacket like yours, goes by the name 'Reiner.' I think his last name is Braun. Sound familiar?"

Annie tilted her head, her attention instantly drawn by the mention of a comrade, one who she had not seen in quite some time now.

"Do you know Reiner?" She asked, intrigued by this notion.

Considering their mission, it was difficult to fathom that he had met with someone other than those in the military, including her, let alone that someone making it to the same place that she did. So perhaps there was a little more to this than what she knew.​

The very concept of other dimensions wasn't something she was familiar with, just that these lands she currently had appeared in were foreign to anything she had ever seen. Nothing like this ever existed, even in her hometown, nonetheless, she did seem to think on what Mason said about Reiner.

"It is a strange coincidence that he too was brought into a situation like mine, but... Yes, he is dependable. After all, he is the soldier he was made to be." She said, seeming to believe Mason.

So far, his description, both physically and mentally roughly matched how Reiner behaved, but it was only natural he didn't notice the problems with his psyche that she had come to know.

Mason appeared apprehensive about his next starement, but followed through with it anyway. "If you don't want to return home after our adventure here is done, you don't have to. I don't have a lot of strings to pull, but I do have a couple of friends in places where you could get a job in a place far from home."

"What's keeping you from going back?"

Gully picked up a large metal truck by its front bumper and swung it like a bat, using it to tank Recoome's blast. She easily punched through Burter's ki blasts, and Guldo's wooden spear simply shattered on her chest when it hit. She was about to dish out a joke when Ginyu's blast struck her, sending her carening into the building behind her.

"Ugh.... What's with these guys..."

"Keep attacking men!--- Wait a minute~" Ginyu exclaimed as Aigis came into the scene:

"A crushing victory!" Aigis shouted as one fell from her attack. She then went to attack another one. "AKASHA ARTS!" SHe shouted, having Athena strike another one of the Ginyu Force twice. She would then turn to Gully. "Providing Support!" She said, casting Diarahan to heal Gully.

"I have an idea~ Guldo, with me!" "Yes, sir!" Guldo and Ginyu then decided to go and charge after Aigis, with Ginyu going in for an attack while Guldo prepared himself for another Guldo Special.

If Gully were to try to intervene, she would discover three of them charging her. "Ah ah. I'm not done with you yet~ You're fun." Recoome stated as he, Jeice and Burter were now sicking themselves onto Gully with a barrage of attacks from all angles.

A wave of silver filled Armstrong's eyes, the Cooler Ocean rising to swallow him whole. The glare of their bodies seemed to make them merge together for a moment; no longer were they half a dozen MetaCoolers, mechanical techno-weapons from some distant star; in his eyes, they had come together to make a single, larger foe, not bound by size or form. They had become a single ambiguous target, and that was just the way he liked it.

"So now you wanna dance? Fine!" He kicked off the ground yet again as the noose began to close around him, soaring not away from the lion's den but directly into it. With the SuperNova flowing through his veins, now wasn't the time to flinch; it was time someone took the Cooler's on head-on, and if anyone was to be responsible with saving the Earth, it would have to be him. He was going to be its 46th President, after all.

Armstrong collided head-on with the first Meta-Cooler, headbutting it at full force. The sound of screeching metal would have been enough to make his skin crawl, had he any skin left. Recoiling back from the force of his own neck, Steven rolled in the air and tucked in his legs with speeds he hadn't reached in years, not since he had abandoned his football career. It was time to remind the freaks who they were dealing with- two-time NCAA champ and one-time wrestling legend! Firing the pistons, he legs collided with the chest of his foe, sending the deformed android across the palace.

Even with gravity returning to haunt him, Armstrong refused to break his dropkick stance. He wasn't going to let himself flail helplessly towards the ground now, was he? Not while his foes remained in the air. Reaching out, Armstrong fired his piston arms again, striking deep into the cores of two Coolers, dragging them down with him. Tumbling down like a meteor, Steven rolled his shoulders back yet again, creating a rough, Meta-Cooler cushion behind him to break his fall... and most likely a majority of their bones...

"DONT FUCK WITH THIS SENATOR!!!"

From the depths of his crater, Armstrong rose, the two mangled Coolers still twitching at his wrists. It was time to finish them off and get back in the race. In a heartbeat one would find itself being flung from the end of his wrist and struck with a follow-up uppercut, returning it to the heights it had once attached him from. The next would be broken over his leg as easily as you or I would snap a stick. For now, he still had enough energy for round two... and the Coolers had more than enough lemmings to wear him down...

"Everyone who wants a piece of the action on me! Same goes for any freaks who want an ass kickin'!"

As each Cooler attacked Armstrong, they subsequently began getting destroyed by his sheer power due to absorbing the energy of several Supernovas. Each one attacked but was punched away in an instant. As each one died, they uttered the same sentence every time. "Th-The Big Gete Star enabled me to cheat death! How could this be?!"

As Ben's Majin continued turning his opponents into smoothies, there was next to no Coolers remaining and the threat was eliminated. "Good job, everyone. If everyone here performs to their best like this, we'll defeat Cell in no time!"

As everyone's attacks connected towards Turles, he continued grunting and taking damage, to the point where he was practically killable at this point. "Urgh... So much for that." He then smirked as he stood up. "Well, it's been fun, Patroller. We'll meet again soon, won't we? Of course we will, considering you just love to be a thorn in our sides." Turles then just disappeared, teleporting out of existence.

And so, they ended up fighting in the Earth's exosphere.

"Urgh!"

"Go pick on girls your own kind, creep!" Fuuran laughs as she emerges from behind Itsuki, ready to slash Lord Slug's hands away with singeing, burning power.

Once Itsuki was free from Slug's grip, she would unleash another frosty beam at the Namekian as she continued to rise higher to places where lifeforms would naturally be unable to breathe.

"Hahahaha!" Slug laughed in response to their attacks and dialogue as he continued resisting their attacks, although the freezing aspect was slowly getting to him, but his armour was keeping him warm. "You girls sure know how to fight, huh? Too bad you're not going to be able to defeat me! As if I'd like a few weaklings get the drop on me!"

Will breathed softly, taking in the situation. Clearly, he was trying to bait her into making a rookie mistake. That wouldn't be happening anytime soon, and honestly, The Keeper felt insulted that Mira would assume that she would hold back.

Faster than the speed of light, she was gone, appearing a few paces ahead of him to charge her palm with Quintessence and strike it into his chest as hard as she could. Should he vanish or parry, she was euipped to deal with that as well. Her mind was racing at a million seconds per minute, analyzing and calculating. Will had always hated math, but right now, her preferences were moot. She wasn't that same rebellious teenager she once was.

Mira took the punch to the chest and felt slightly flinched. Regardless, he proceeded to counter-attack, but not in the way that Will expected him to. He released a explosive wave of Ki out of his body and used it to send Will flying backwards.

"Victory Smoothie, anyone?" Ben asks as he proceeds to take one of the Smoothies he had turned the Coolers into and hands it to the others.

"They flew up into space, following the Slug man. Unfortunately, I can't follow, and neither can you," Mari shakes her head, then turns her head towards the rest of the group, "my friends are fighting the green man in space. May I ask if assistance could be lent?"

Meanwhile, in space, Itsuki has a plan as she tips her glasses.

"Fuuran, I apologise, but something tells me that it's best if you are excluded from this plan."

"Eeeeh? A solo?"

"Trust me on this, Fuuran."

Shoulders hung, Fuuran would sit on the moon.

"Now then, where were we?"

Itsuki would continue her assault as she continued firing her blasts at Slug, her attack and flight patterns luring him into the arctic regions of Earth as they descended once more.

Anyone who flew up into space would be redirected by Fuuran, who seemed to sigh.

"Yeah, they're in the Arctic."

Mira took the punch to the chest and felt slightly flinched. Regardless, he proceeded to counter-attack, but not in the way that Will expected him to. He released a explosive wave of Ki out of his body and used it to send Will flying backwards.

Gully managed to block most of their attacks, feeling the energy in her gloves fuel her rage. She managed to sock Jeice with a blow so hard in his jaw that she'd be suprised if it didn't shatter, sending the red warrior careening back across the street and crashing into a nearby building. She doubted he was finished, but that's not all she had to worry about.

She didn't know how long this new form of hers would last, but she had to make the most of it. Recoome managed to bury his boot inside of her gut, and if it weren't for her magic she could swear she felt something break. Burter finished the combo off by dealing a savage roundhouse to her face, causing her body to corckscrew past the wall and out onto the street.

Gully coughed as she picked herself up, feeling the pain echo through her bones. This wasn't anything she hadn't been through before, but these guys were not the jokes they once were. Whatever that fruit did to them, she had to stop fooling around and stop it.

"Feel proud of yourselves? Ganging up on a little girl like me? How pathetic..."




Will was punched back by the wave, and decided to go for a more balanced combat approach. Mira hadn't made his move yet, but she knew he had to have secrets locked away, ready to whip out at a moment's notice. His power was certainly big, large enough so that she could handle it properly, but not so massive that she was overwhelmed. So long had she waited for a real warrior to come and test her skills, to really let her push past her limits and go ever further beyond.

Was Mira who she was looking for? Alll other enemies had fallen so easily, but here she was granted a rare oppurtunity to cut loose.

No longer was The Keeper in a world of cardboard.

"Come, now. Don't hold back on my account. Show me what you can do!"

Well. That was easy.

❝ Man, that was pretty great! ❞ Mordred laughed a bit at how things resolved quickly. As if she were cooling down after letting out a Noble Phantasm, she shook her sword a few times, shaking away some lingering smoke. Kintoki was a little dazed at the sequence of events.

Aigis was about to experience quite the scene. With Guldo and Ginyu plotting together, Guldo froze Aigis in place with his physic abilities! "Good job, Guldo! Now this should work." Ginyu exclaimed as he gave Guldo his scouter and then proceeded to punch himself to cause self-harm, then initiated the technique.

"CHANGE NOW!!!" And a energy came out of Ginyu's mouth as it went right into Aigis, and the process of the technique went underway, Ginyu going into Aigis's body while Aigis went into Ginyu's body. "Woah. This is incredible. Fantastic!" He then walked over to Guldo and put the Scouter back on:

Gully growled as she tried he rbest to fend off her attackers. She caught Recoome's fist and swung him around to throw him into a charging Burter while Jeice attempted to sweep her leg. Gully leapt into the air and came crashing down, plowing her magic fist into the floor to send a shockwave of energy blasting out, sending any and all enemies bowling back.



Will saw the beam coming and extended one hand, firing a white ki beam. The two attacks met in midair, crashing together and starting a beam struggle. Will could feel the malice in his attack, and she put forth a little more effort to meet Mira head on.

"I can feel your darkness. Your hate. Why? Why are you so evil!?"

"I'll go." Pomada exclaimed as she proceeded to take off into the sky and straight into space. Meanwhile Bulma walked up to everyone that was outside.

"Hey. It's getting pretty late. If you guys and girls don't have anywhere to stay, I can arrange for you to stay here until the Tournament. Is that okay?"

"Yaaaay~" Asuha smiles, "thanks, Ms Bulma! We really appreciate it!"

"Asuha, you've truly, truly decided on participating in this tournament?" Mari asks.

Asuha nods, "you can count on me to do our school and all Hoshimori that are and will be proud! I won't disappoint the seniors who taught me all I need to know!"

"If Asuha wishes to stay to participate, my friends and I, as her seniors, will stay on to support her in the audience," Mari assures, "thank you, Ms Bulma."

"CHANGE NOW!!!" And a energy came out of Ginyu's mouth as it went right into Aigis, and the process of the technique went underway, Ginyu going into Aigis's body while Aigis went into Ginyu's body. "Woah. This is incredible. Fantastic!" He then walked over to Guldo and put the Scouter back on:

Gully gave Pomada a smirk and leapt into battle, crushing Recoome's face in with a savage hook and sending the big man hurtling into a parked car. Burter was next,and tried to use his speed to his advantage, but Gully's immortal durability held fast, and she was able to block or tank most of his blows.

She grabbed his leg after a misplaced kick and rammed her fist into his shin, hard.
