With that, The World brutally bashed the back of its fists into the two androids, hoping to knock them against the wall with a hard thud. He dashed toward them, as though not done with them just yet.

"You dare approach me as you are?! With those puny things you call weapons?!" He shouted angrily, his Stand, The World, about to raise its fists, before turning around to see the others dashing toward him, as though following the androids' example.

"Foolish insects! You cannot dream to contend with the power of The Wor--!"

POW!

Whether it was thanks to his consistent monologues eventually placing him in trouble or Ben's power seeming to bypass DIO's power -- the ability to stop time, as the young hero was able to guess, it seemed -- for everyone else, the age-old vampire seemed to have been caught off guard for a change as Toppo and Jotaro charged him. If the vampire had a plan to circumvent Star Platinum: The World, it seemed to be too little too late either way thanks to Clockwork, as DIO was brutally ravaged by the barrage of attacks that came his way, before being knocked several feet back, his body crashing and creating a small crater in the thick wall at the far side of the room.

Bruises and craters were visible within his own body, but within only a matter of seconds, they regenerated, just as DIO's pained grimace shifted into a smirk, as though he'd only suffered a momentary setback, his vampire healing taking effect, though the rips in his clothes became evident.

"So the time-stop has been bypassed... but no matter! I'll just have to adapt then!" DIO exclaimed, his Stand rising again as The World dug its fingers deep into the ground, before prying its own hands up, ripping a large chunk of concrete from the ground and throwing it right at Jotaro, Toppo, and whoever else intended to directly challenge him, before rushing over to Ben himself, fist poised and raised as he prepared to slam it down into his collarbone!

"What I mean is... For a supposedly imposing and powerful individual, DIO hasn't killed any of us yet. With that kind of speed, he could have easily killed at least the ones without powers, but... It's almost as though he's..." Fiamma trailed off as he spoke with Chise and Rita, who seemed to catch on to his earlier comment (though, there didn't seem to be particularly anything of note that was out of place), still deep in thought as he stood tensely, waiting to move out of the way if the fight ever moved his way.

Either way Jolyne made her way to one of the outer walls of the room and shouted to DIO. "Yo, DIO! You're looking a little pale." Jolyne clenched her fist. "I think you need to catch some sun!" With Stone Free's power Jolyne effortlessly punched through the wall allowing the evening sun to shine in. "Get that pale fuck closer and scorch his ass!"

Before Clockwork could be smacked in the neck, Libra halted DIO's tracks.

"Thank you for ze assist, Libra," Clockwork thanked, before unleashing two elemental blasters to combine into an elemental energy sword, and a retractable hoverboard to double as his shield.

"Clockverk iz not very combat-fit, but fortunately, I am. En garde, DIO!"

Switching the element of the sword to a fiery, blazing blade of energy, he prepares to face DIO in direct combat as he charges and slashes to assist Libra & Ruth in their fight. Each running footstep was obvious as the big, bulky metal alien's thumping could be heard connecting with the ground. He was prepared to pierce DIO with his blade of flames.

After Jolyne created the hole in the wall, Clockwork exerted his weight and strength to push DIO outside!

"Let's take zis outside!"

The two groaned in the pain a pressure, being deviant had its downfalls. Simon immediately shuffled his way to Markus.

"Markus! Markus are you okay? Do you have damage?" He spoke frantically, too out of it to scan the other for injuries. Markus opened his eyes and put a hand on Simon's shoulder.

"Yeah Simon I'm fine, we gotta move," Markus said standing up with help from Simon.

Though she would never show it, Pucci's threats did unnerve Severa. She wasn't sure if this guy could back his talk up-as far as she knew, Othinus and DIO were the actual threats here. Could he actually pull all he spoke of off?

"You...you can't do anything like that." Her voice was quieter, less brash than usual. It appeared his threat had an effect on her...or was what he promised what did? "You can't bring people back like that. All you are...all you are is talk! All you've done is talk! You...you can't DO anything like that!"

"Chaos is the natural state of the multiverse. I am simply returning us all to that natural form so that we may rise above it yet again and transcend our earthly forms," Pucci said to Schala whe she mentioned the thought of preventing a "disaster." What Schala may have seen as devastation, the dark-skinned priest seemed to see as salvation. He clicked his tongue dismissively at Max, on the other hand, seeing little recourse to say anything, except one thing.

"Your way of thinking is so linear, elder. But through the Lord's endless mercy, I will be patient. Once I attain the power I seek, everything will be made clear."

To Severa, Pucci only became more imposing. While he was circling the group before, he began to close in on the red-headed girl, slowly walking toward her in particular, as though able to detect the swift change in attitude from her.

"There is nothing that the Lord is incapable of, my child. If it is indeed someone that you miss, someone that you yearn for to look upon one more time, someone that you would do anything to see once more, then go on," the priest goaded Severa, his arm still outstretched, "Join me. Perhaps you are open-minded to the miracles of infinite possibility, but... My offer is not limited to just you. As I said before, my arms are open to all who are willing to follow the will of God, if only you'd all open your eyes."

"It would be a shame to add you to the pile of sacrifices as it is."

I have too much respect for them to say yes to that."

Turning to Severa, Max says, "Severa, was it? The one you have a desire to bring back - will they like the new world that Father Pucci is planning to bring upon? If you truly care about this person, then I suggest you think about the life they will have after their return."

A flash of green light was shone as Rath crashed into the wall near Ermes

"Ugh..." the young hero got up, "Ermes, was it? You can go ahead and use my weapons, I've got other plans."

Ermes would find that Ben had left behind an entire coffin and DIO's throne to improv as a weapon.

"Toppo, cover me," Ben says, "it's time for me to take a backstage for now."

He smacked his Omnitrix down, turning into another being.

"Clockverk!"

A mechanical being appeared. If The World was to freeze time again, this being known as Clockwork would be able to move in it, for it was a being of time as well - a Chronosapien.

"Zis better verk..."

Clockwork began to launch green time rays at several allies. He starts off with Jotaro & Giorno, then Fiamma, then Mason, then Toppo, then Jolyne & Ermes, and the rest, one by one.

Those that would be hit by the rays would be able to move in a total of 40 seconds of frozen time. While such traits were active, Clockwork's key on his head would rotate, an indication that the feat could only be performed while he was active.

"Izzit verking?"

"Hmmm interstings... You could give Dypso a run for his money" Toppo muttered to himself, letting his energy rise again. Raising a fist and entering a battle stance, Toppo let his God ki come to the surface, and his crimson aura burn to the surface.

"Slay! Evil! Immediately!"

Toppo rushed DIO with all the speed he could muster, tucking his arms and legs inwards to become a large, bearded canon ball, assisting Ben in his flank. Should he dodge the clockwork beams, Toppo would be there.

"You might be fast, foe, but you are outnumbered! Sooner or later, you will be overwhelmed!"

Jiren released his tense fingers. The priest's proposition was intriguing, to say the least. All this talk of sacrifice for a common, good goal. It was starting to sound like... Justice. For a moment, he was filled with the fire that had burned to a cinder so long ago. Maybe...Just maybe, he had misjudged the priest.

"We... We'll need proof. Show me you have this power... Show me you can raise the dead... then tell me more of this... Heaven"

Cease this nonsensical talk or I shall resort to forceful ACTION. ❞ Tensing up, she narrowed her eyes at the priest, fully aware that these was merely temptations made to overwrite what reality has cemented into place. Almost like trying to solve a mystery novel through supernatural means, these plans to bring back the dead as Pucci says was no different, and Dlanor could not let this happen. She couldn't allow it.

Willard, on the other hand, took a look over at their group. A few of them were slowly interested to this promise of the dead being brought back to life. He couldn't exactly blame them, it's a natural response to a loved one's passing. That inevitable weakness leading towards the corrupt illusion of the Witch... This scenario was no different.

❝ ... so what good is it going to do us if we think too hard on this guy's proposal? I don't remember being dragged along to hear a priest's sermon turn into a half-assed sales pitch. ❞ Willard groaned, not letting himself be the slightest amount of curious on the offer. Despite making it obvious that he wasn't buying it along with Dlanor, he didn't reach for his sword. It wasn't like he was sleeping when Pucci mentioned something about sacrifices, but he didn't want to get straight into the initiative like Dlanor was prepared to.

Rita wasn't even sure how she could help in this fight, but she did know that Fiamma of the right was right. There was something that they were missing. It was like Bowser and the throne. It seemed that Dio was trying to keep his eyes trained on attacking him, while something else was going on in the background. Rita looked around the room to see if there was something that was off or different that they were missing.

It was with that slow realization that he realized that Father Pucci sense of reasoning was entirely warped. " The last thing your God would want you to do is to repeat his mistakes and use it to justify your madness. He did those things as last resorts when he believed there was next to no good and no chance of anyone listening to him. If I remember my mythos correctly, he has already forgiven us and given us chances. Playing God is more dangerous than you take and to team up with someone who wants to become a God, I dare to say is disobeying him. First Commandment ' I am the Lord, your God, you will not have strange Gods before me.' Wouldn't you say letting Othinus become a strange god before you and one above your God would certainly be blasphemous and against your teachings?"

But once I attain the Arrow, I will have the full power of the Lord to carry out his will."

"For someone working with Othinus, you sure are quick to speak ill of her," Ollerus only said, speaking in tandem with Leivinia, "What's going on here?"

"It is precisely as the little girl says," Pucci responds, gesturing toward Leivinia, "It is all for a selfish purpose. Think of our partnership as one that lasts only for as long as it is convenient. Both of us are aware of it; we both seek the same thing for our own goals. It is like a race against time, but also one in which we must help our neighbor. A cooperative competition. She is no god of mine, simply an abominable witch whom I only worked with because DIO, in his infinite wisdom, has seen something I did not. Potential."

However, when Dlanor and Willard spoke up, the man tilted his head slightly. "You two... Yes, I remember you. You and those cursed, blasphemous witches who brought me into that death game of yours... It was you -- that Bernkastel, that Beatrice -- who opened my eyes to the greater multiverse, who turned fate so that I was able to reunite with DIO. Perhaps I should be thanking you, but if you intend to oppose me..."

From Pucci's body, a green shadow emerged. His Stand, as some would have been able to describe it.

It looked at everyone warily like a feral, yet restrained, animal, waiting and watching. Facing everyone intently, he opened his arms. "I can imagine you all tire of talking in circles such as this, so here and now, I will give you one and only one chance. Join me, or oppose me. I can only pray that you make the right decision."

Severa recoiled in disgust as C-Moon appeared. "What IS that thing?! That has got to be the grossest, ugliest zombie thing EVER! No WAY am I joining you if you're working with something ugly as that! Everyone knows people with ugly henchmen are the bad guys, every time!"

Awfully shallow, but hey. At least now Pucci's offer didn't interest her.

Drawing her sword, Severa glared Pucci down. "I don't know what that creepy ghoul is, but I'm taking it down, and you along with it! I'm sick of your dumb mind games!"

"I don't want to come to this Father Pucci, but I guess I have no choice," Max responds. Taking cover, he sets some coordinates for his Null Void Projector, opening a portal that lead to the core of a star! The blaze of this core unleashed a burning, unstable solar flare upon C-Moon....

"I think 'Henchman' is a huge understatement. I have a gut feeling that Father Pucci & C-Moon are as good as one and the same!"

The worst part of it was that Schala had once intended to do something similar, although she wasn't fully aware of what her wish meant. To return all that once was to nothing... To welcome the end of existence, was to bring it back to its starting point. The "natural" form that came before existence itself, but as the Time Eater had never fully formed, she hadn't realized at the time... Until she was later freed, that one could effectively reshape the Universe, or even the Multiverse as a whole once everything was reduced to an empty void.

Emnity had attempted something like this, but fortunately... There was little to no coherent thought process as Lavos, and the being he fused with were both not sound of mind any longer.

It was after that being's defeat that brought her to the coalition in the end; she had vowed to protect to the 'eternal dream'. A concept she had realized only after she was freed from Lavos' grasp. The natural creation, and rebirth of Universes. Perhaps in a way, it was the 'natural' way of things.

"Father Pucci. I commend your decision to speak with us first, to try and convince us of your cause... But as noble as your intentions may be... I cannot stand with you... Only against you..." She said, her gaze focusing on the shadow Pucci had summoned.

As foreign as the entity was to her, she could sense its power... And although she couldn't be sure, she suspected it was the source of that feeling of immense power that seemed to permeate this area.

Drawing her blades, she prepared for battle, a mournfull look on her face.

"I will not blame you for fighting for what you believe is right... And I trust you will forgive me... For doing the same..."

Schala took up what looked like a crude, but... Functional combatative stance, a grim look on her face. It looks like she was giving the situation one last chance to resolve peacefully, but deep down... She knew it would come down to a fight. After that, it was a matter of who would win...​

 

[Crunch]

"Humph! Useless, useless!" DIO exclaimed as Simon and Markus charged, The World still standing at attention in front of him, fists poised. Perhaps any other villain could have respected the bravado they displayed as they rushed toward him, but DIO was too vindictive for any such emotion like "respect." In fact, he actively displayed a face of disdain as the two of them charged, as though their conviction was a direct insult to his pride, and he would not stand for that.

BAM!

With that, The World brutally bashed the back of its fists into the two androids, hoping to knock them against the wall with a hard thud. He dashed toward them, as though not done with them just yet.

"You dare approach me as you are?! With those puny things you call weapons?!" He shouted angrily, his Stand, The World, about to raise its fists, before turning around to see the others dashing toward him, as though following the androids' example.

"Foolish insects! You cannot dream to contend with the power of The Wor--!"

POW!

Whether it was thanks to his consistent monologues eventually placing him in trouble or Ben's power seeming to bypass DIO's power -- the ability to stop time, as the young hero was able to guess, it seemed -- for everyone else, the age-old vampire seemed to have been caught off guard for a change as Toppo and Jotaro charged him. If the vampire had a plan to circumvent Star Platinum: The World, it seemed to be too little too late either way thanks to Clockwork, as DIO was brutally ravaged by the barrage of attacks that came his way, before being knocked several feet back, his body crashing and creating a small crater in the thick wall at the far side of the room.

Bruises and craters were visible within his own body, but within only a matter of seconds, they regenerated, just as DIO's pained grimace shifted into a smirk, as though he'd only suffered a momentary setback, his vampire healing taking effect, though the rips in his clothes became evident.

"So the time-stop has been bypassed... but no matter! I'll just have to adapt then!" DIO exclaimed, his Stand rising again as The World dug its fingers deep into the ground, before prying its own hands up, ripping a large chunk of concrete from the ground and throwing it right at Jotaro, Toppo, and whoever else intended to directly challenge him, before rushing over to Ben himself, fist poised and raised as he prepared to slam it down into his collarbone!

"What I mean is... For a supposedly imposing and powerful individual, DIO hasn't killed any of us yet. With that kind of speed, he could have easily killed at least the ones without powers, but... It's almost as though he's..." Fiamma trailed off as he spoke with Chise and Rita, who seemed to catch on to his earlier comment (though, there didn't seem to be particularly anything of note that was out of place), still deep in thought as he stood tensely, waiting to move out of the way if the fight ever moved his way.

After all, he was the most valuable one here, no?

Jolyne gave DIO the V sign as he addressed her. "Fuck off will ya? Bag of bones old as you should be six feet under by now."



Ermes looked confused at the coffin and throne laying before her. "What the fuck am I supposed to do with these?!"



As if on cue both Stone Free and Kiss emerged from their respective Stand wielders. "Maybe he ducked out. Dad really loves to do that." But that had not been the case as Jotaro emerged ready to bring the pummeling unto DIO. "Shit...he's really wailing on him..."

Ermes meanwhile just in case this wasn't enough slapped a lip shaped sticker on the throne that quickly formed another exact copy next to the real one. She wasn't quite sure what to do with it, but it was good to be prepared.

Giorno arched a brow at Ermes, who had used her Stand to evidently create a perfect copy of DIO's throne for. . .whatever reason. "Ermes, I don't think that's going to--" Giorno almost finished his sentence, but it was clear in the boy's eyes that something had just occured to him. He shot a glance to his father, whom of which had his wounds rapidly generating. A knowing smirk crept across Giovanna's face, as he saw the path laid before him; the path that would exterminate this imposter from the Brando name.

"Thank you for the extra objects, Ermes. This will do."

"GOLD EXPERIENCE!"

At it's masters beck and call, Gold Experience spun forward from Giorno's body and slammed it's fists against the coffin, the throne and their respective copies created by Kiss. As the golden Stand's fists impacted with the objects, a mucous-like membrane suddenly enveloped them individually, causing the inanimate objects within to begin to shift and mutate into a biological form of Giorno's choosing. Before they could complete the metamorphosis, however, a trio of mini-raptors slid out from Giorno's sleeves, hissing and clawing in anticipation.

". . .plus Scary Monsters."

Bastard. . .I finally got a hit in, but I forgot. . .!

Jotaro internally reprimanded himself as he leaped back from the force of his punches impacting with DIO's body, backing away from any attacks that the enemy would unleash on him in retaliation. In his brief moment of rage, Jotaro forgot of DIO's regenerative capabilities. Of course, owing to his experience with the bastard before, Jotaro knew every secret to putting down a vampire of such sheer power and strength.

Speaking of retaliatory attacks. ..

"ORA!" Star Platinum roared as it shot a fist forward and shattered the chunk of concrete coming his way. Jotaro sneered, keeping his Stand in a defensive stance in order to give the room another once-over to find an opening. As far as he knew, The World's time-stop was still a few seconds longer than Star Platinum's, which wouldn't make much of a difference if either Stand were slower. Unfortunately, a few extra seconds is all The World needs to take a life.

"Everyone, aim for the head. If you can destroy his brain, it stops his regeneration." Jotaro called out to his allies in the room, loud enough for DIO himself to hear. Hearing of his own weaknesses wouldn't do anything to throw DIO off of his usual focused mien, but it was a reminder of his own weakness despite how far he's come to the path of godhood.

"Ah, I believe that should be easy." Giorno intruded, calmly walking past Jotaro with a calm smile. "With the sun coming in, that should limit his path of movement. Allowing him to fall right into the ambush."

"Ambush?"

The boss looked back to his ally and smirked, before reaching a hand out and clenching it into a tight fist. "SCARY MONSTERS!"

And then came. . .

Dinosaurs.

A lot of dinosaurs.

The curtains suddenly shred to pieces as a number of gnashing, clawing fully-sized velociraptors tore their way through the fabric on Giorno's command. With monstrous speed built in their legs, the soldiers quickly diverted around the vampire, surrounding him and taking point to place their bodies in front of every over combatant, forming an impenetrable wall of Jurassic beasts between DIO and everyone else.

"I turned your throne, a copy of your throne, a few coffins, copies of those coffins. . .quite a number of objects into horses. Or, well, they were meant to be horses. I applied the virus from Scary Monsters into them before they could fully gestate. Not only are they quite dangerous, but. . .they are creations of Gold Experience. I would not punch them, if I were you. When life is harmed, it. . .retaliates."

"Not even a vampire is free from the shackles of nature."

ROOOOAAAR!

With a unified screech, the dinosaurs leapt through the air while DIO was pinned, with no other command other than to completely tear the imposter to shreds as they fell atop them and assaulted him with a hail of rending claws and chomping teeth. Should he escape using The World, their evolved senses commanded the beasts to home in on him like clockwork once the smell of his immortal blood touched their snouts.

Giorno Giovanna flashed a subtle smirk to Diego.

Will had stood by long enough.

She didn't know wether it was her own shock at seeing such marvelous powers displayed or her initial fear of hurting her firends, but once DIO started swinging she knew she had to fight back. The Keeper channeled Quintessence within her bones, what little the place had left, and formed it into her signature claymore. Will swiped the air a few times to test her speed. But she knew it would be enough.

It had to be.

Will closed her eyes, concentrating on DIO's position, pinpointing his exact weakpoint.

With a loud battle cry she rushed forwards, faster than an mortal eye could hope to see, and attempted to ram the blade of her Quintessence Blade through DIO's chest. This attack carried with it the force of a thousand lifetimes of light and peace, pain and war, hurt and anguish. Life flowed through all facets of creation, and Will was able to draw upon all of it. If DIO himself was not a God, then he faced complete oblivion.


"IT IS FINISHED! FACE CREATION AND PERISH!"

Suddenly, the panels and bricks of stone rose from the ground all around the entire group, and slowly but surely came together, as though intending to form a dome that would trap everyone inside if they did nothing!

"This is the power of Surface Invasion. If you know what is good for you, then you will resign yourself to this stone prison and not interfere any more than you already have!"

A white dome shaped explosion appeared where the priest stood. With a simple motion, Leivinia activated her magic. Another movement, and she sought to blow up the walls he tried to enclose them in with.

"Okay. Our goals are completely different then, so just go to this heaven of yours already."

A slash went through the manifested dome, but not exactly rupturing the stone. Instead it was like this swing was supposed to tear through the stone dome as if it were an illusion that should not be acting in this manner.

❝ Correction, Dlanor and I are simply those that hunt Witches like Bernkastel. If you wish to think that her Game opened up this possibility involving the multiverse's fate as a whole... ❞ He raised his sword with one hand.

❝ I suppose there is a leftover mess to clean up, starting with your absurd ideals. ❞ As he made it clear that they would be opposed to this, Dlanor sprang into action almost immediately. Rushing forwards, she swung her red blade at the stone in front of her, going as far as intending to bash through at full force if the sword swing wasn't enough.

Fiamma exclaimed to Chise, biting his thumb anxiously, still remaining uneasy even as the entire group wailed on DIO, overwhelming him with their sheer numbers and combined power.

As both Ruth and Libra ran in to intercept DIO's strike, saving Ben, the vampire was forced to leap back as the former of the two shot flames at him, naturally repelled by the heat, allowing him to evade Clockwork's subsequent counterattack as well. Meanwhile, as Jolyne punched a hole through the wall, exposing the evening sun, DIO hissed like a snake, reeling away from its harmful rays and creating as much distance as he could, even with Ben trying to force him into the light. To that end, the diabolical villain let out a passionate battle cry as The World swiftly punched him rapidly, each punch hitting with the force of a speeding car if Ben were able to withstand such a thing, screams of MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA permeating through the air!

"I tire of your ability! Soon, your time will be up!" He hissed, facing everyone with narrowed eyes. But it seemed that the charge against him did not subside.

As the army of Velociraptors, formed through the combined efforts of Giorno, Ermes, and Diego, came running at him, DIO was hardly deterred, having seen far stranger during his ventures through the multiverse by now. Still, a small bout of pride rose within him at the potential power his son possessed, but to see it wasted on these futile efforts just as quickly snuffed out such feelings. Clicking his tongue, The World rose once again and rapidly punched through each dinosaur that came at him, his fist stabbing through their bodies like a hot blade through butter! Even as one or two were able to get the drop on him from behind or so, sinking their sharp teeth into his flesh, it did little more than elicit a pained grunt from the vampire before he retaliated, using his vampiric strength to grab one such dinosaur by the throat and crush it in his bare hand without even needing The World!

As for Will, as soon as he saw her charge forward, his reactions on par with her movements if only because of the Stand at his side, DIO maneuvered to lift the corpse of one of the dinosaurs and shield himself from Will's charge! He used his strength to attempt to push her back, the two of them clashing against each other. Even as she managed to steadily bring the blade closer to DIO himself through the body of the corpse, something just a little inconvenient happened right then and there.

"Forty seconds have passed, child. Which means that this... IS MY WORLD YET AGAIN!"

With Clockwork's power having expired now, DIO was once again free to use The World's true power and freeze time, his form disappearing from Will's sight, and just at that moment, a powerful force hit her body like a truck, slamming her into the wall!

"It's USELESS! USELESS! USELESS! You don't get it, do you?! None of you do! Your efforts, your struggles, they are all in vain! Everything you do here is meaningless!"

However, C-Moon's ability didn't let up, continuing to try to trap them all! If anything, the power became more vicious as some of the bricks on the floor suddenly jerked up and whipped themselves at everyone's legs like angry snakes, the normally solid and rigid objects suddenly as flexible as a real snake!

"It would be all too easy to crush you as you are now... but as she says, it is not your time yet. Soon, you will see. Very soon."

"He must be stalling," Libra said, and in that moment, a pit started to form in his stomach. "There has to be a reason we were lured either up or down. There has to be something else inside this house that we need to stop!"

As DIO busied himself wuth the others, Libra would take the opportunity to slip out of the room, attempting to find whatever else he could within this mansion. Something wasn't adding up here...and they needed to find it, fast!

There was no doubt about it anymore. This man or demon or WHATEVER he was had managed to hold them off at once. And she had a feeling he was just toying with them.

Using the body of one of her allies' attacks to block her own was a bold move, one that she hadn't expected. Of course, DIO had shown far more finesse and critical thinking skills than basically all of the power hungry warlords she had met in the past so this was not completely out of left field for her.

Clearly, she'd have to amp it up a bit. That spirit he had with him was dangerous, and for now Will had to consider not just one but two strategies on how to deal with that truth. Luckily, she had experience fighting more than one opponent, but those enemies did not have the raw power DIO himself possessed.

The Keeper was quick to recover and dismissed her blade. Time to see how this monster fared against Quintessence itself.

"You're just like all the other tyrants! Petty and self absorbed! I know your past, DIO. I know every sin and every misdeed you have EVER done. And today, right here, right now you will reap what you have sown! Today, it ENDS."

Even as one or two were able to get the drop on him from behind or so, sinking their sharp teeth into his flesh, it did little more than elicit a pained grunt from the vampire before he retaliated, using his vampiric strength to grab one such dinosaur by the throat and crush it in his bare hand without even needing The World!

As for Will, as soon as he saw her charge forward, his reactions on par with her movements if only because of the Stand at his side, DIO maneuvered to lift the corpse of one of the dinosaurs and shield himself from Will's charge! He used his strength to attempt to push her back, the two of them clashing against each other. Even as she managed to steadily bring the blade closer to DIO himself through the body of the corpse, something just a little inconvenient happened right then and there.

"Forty seconds have passed, child. Which means that this... IS MY WORLD YET AGAIN!"

With Clockwork's power having expired now, DIO was once again free to use The World's true power and freeze time, his form disappearing from Will's sight, and just at that moment, a powerful force hit her body like a truck, slamming her into the wall!

Ermes meanwhile looked on at the madness Giorno had created with his Stand ability. "What the fuuuu..." She trailed off looking at the sticker still stuck on the original throne. What the fuck would happen if she pulled it off. "Yo, Giorno!" She shouted to the mafia boss. "Can you tell your pets to go behind your vampire dad? I got something planned."

A slash went through the manifested dome, but not exactly rupturing the stone. Instead it was like this swing was supposed to tear through the stone dome as if it were an illusion that should not be acting in this manner.

However, C-Moon's ability didn't let up, continuing to try to trap them all! If anything, the power became more vicious as some of the bricks on the floor suddenly jerked up and whipped themselves at everyone's legs like angry snakes, the normally solid and rigid objects suddenly as flexible as a real snake!

Schala shook her head, instead... Sheathing her blades as she decided to use her magic in its purest form... Closing her eyes as she raised her hands.

"I won't give you that chance to crush us... Not if I can help it..." She muttered under her breath.

It was then that an orb of bright, greenish light formed at Pucci's feet, expanding and detonating in an explosion of brilliant, holy light.

Her legs were rooted to the ground, but it looked like Schala didn't need to move around that much to cast her spells... Though she wasn't sure her "Luminaire" spell would be enough to take out Pucci, she hoped it would at the very least buy her some time to free herself, and perhaps the others...​
