So I was going through Google docs and found one of my oldest roleplay samples. Take a look if you care to haha :
The crisp air, weaselled its way through a small crack in the window
It had been raining for quite some time and the atmosphere was like that of the Arctic...Freezing.The room was quiet, not even a budge from the inhabitant.Suddenly, a piercing screech echoed through the silent room. The alarm had gone off and it was rewarded with a groan, a few curse words and a smack from its owner."Mmm..", Joyce rubbed his eyes, still quite drunken from sleep. The cold air brushed across his bare chest as he hadn’t worn any pyjamas,he went to sleep in just his trousers. He rested his arms on the silky, red duvet of his bed and began processing what he needed to do.
1. Get up
2.Take a shower
3.Get dressed and
4. Head to the office.
Mustering up the strength from his tired body, he sat up and flung himself out of bed.He slowly turned on his shower, so that the water would be nice and warm for his shivering body. Turning the faucet on his bathroom sink, He quickly grabbed his tooth brush and tooth paste.Squirting a good amount of toothpaste on his tooth brush, Joyce carefully placed it under the tap to wet it.He began to brush his teeth. He was not , and would never be a morning person. Why you may ask?
He
Hated
Waking up
He would rather sleep all day but sadly Joyce's mansion wouldn't pay its own bills—unfortunately. So the man was left with no choice but to work.Soon enough, the water had finished heating and he began taking off my trousers and getting in the bath.As the water hit Joyce's skin, a feeling of warmth spread through his body.He let out a contented sigh.It was just what he needed for this cold weather. He began washing himself, starting with his jet black hair.He made sure to enjoy every bit of the warmth and serenity because he knew that he wouldn’t be getting any once he stepped foot into his office.Soon , Joyce finished his bath and got ready for another stressful day at work.“o TheĂłs na eĂnai mazĂ mou”He whispered under his breath.(Greek for: May God be with
me)
