Any book recomendations for a long flight?

Hello!
I am going on a very long flight soon, and was wandering if anyone knew a book that would be good for a 8 hour long flight?

Mostly fantasy and horror :) But i like all genres except for the psycological thrillers (If that's the name in English) :)
 
I don't have any fantasy ones, but I might have a few good horror ones for you! I'm going to link the Waterstones pages, just because they have good synopses in them.
Thirteen Chairs is a selection of thirteen scary stories. It might seem really basic just from that, but I promise it's really good!
Any of Chris Priestley's Tales of Terror books (Uncle Montague's, From the Black Ship, or From the Tunnel's Mouth) are definitely worth a look at. I've admittedly only read From the Black Ship, but if the other two are anything like that one then they're gonna be good. They've got these really good, haunting illustrations in them which really finish them off quite well.
While this one isn't exactly horror, it does have some creepy-freaky horror elements in it. In any case, The Nest is great.
And I know you said you don't like psychological thrillers, but if you were willing to take a risk, The Creeper Man would be a good one to try.
I've not read this one myself, but I've read the synopsis and it's on my To-Read list. Frozen Charlotte seems like it's gonna have that little dose of freaky dolls for you.
If you're into mystery, pick up One Of Us Is Lying ASAP.

Unfortunately, that's all the horror stories that I've read recently. If you've got any good horror books for me, I'd really appreciate it if you could pm me about it? I always want to read more of them :)

Les Miserables or Atlas Shrugged are both interesting books, and long ones, besides. That said, Atlas may be bad if you're prone to nausea on a flight, some of the commentaries in the book are a little ethically shaky. It tries to be a horror novel of an abstracted sort, a mystery novel of a less abstract sort, and, increasingly as time goes on, a philosophical screed. If the length isn't so important, I'd suggest the Illuminatus! Trilogy. Just... be careful, don't get too deep.
 
Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones are both loooong, tried and true fantasy stories that I love.

If you're into a darker, grittier fantasy genre, Stephen King's Dark Tower Series is one you can't go wrong with.

For mysteries, Patricia Cornwell is a personal favorite author of mine.

If you like Philosophy and religion, G.K. Chesterton may be the author for you.

Dystopian Novels are certainly in, and if they're your thing, the Red Queen series and Blood Red Road books are both interesting reads.

If you haven't tried graphic novels, I'd recommend you did. One of my personal favorites is a story called 'My Favorite Thing Is Monsters', a mature tale told from the view of a young school girl caught up in a plot of politicals, madness, murder and monsters during the late 60s in Chicago, USA.

That's all the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Have a safe flight!
 
If you like horror and fantasy I have a few seeries you might like

For horror, any series by Darren Shan. I've read three of his series. Cirque du freak, zom-b, and demonata, which are all very good books though they include a lot of charecters dieing

And for fantasy, series made by and of the Erin hunters would be good, including warriors, seekers and survivors. Also a series one of the Erin's (tui t. Sutherland) made called wings of fire​
