Blue Exorcist (Fanfiction Realm)

Transforming into her humanoid form she leaned in closer, "A leech," She murmured as she conjured a bit of fire around her hand and plucked a red and black slug like thing off Mitzo's shoulder that had been invisible till then. She incinerated it before smacking the male on the cheek, "Don't be a fool. You were a lot more tired than a little," She sighed, "Damn I guess I gotta take both of you home with me after all."

Uke huffed clearly not liking the sound of that while the two tiny foxes blinked up at Alora before scurrying over to Racina to see if she was friendly, "Will you play with us when we get home?" Li-li asked her eyes were green. While Ichi's were amber red.

Racina arches a brow as Alora plucked the leech from Mitzo. That did explain her brother not acting himself to an extent.

The guy blushed slightly again. "I'm sorry."

Racina shakes her head at him then blinks when the little ones ran up to her. She smiled warmly to them and nods. "So long as it's okay with them, I will love to play with you."

Alora yawned gently, "It's fine but I warn you they have nothing but energy," She waved them to follow her. With Uke taking up the rear, "Keep in mind where you are is home to youkai. Some may be friendly while others won't have anything to deal with you."

The cleared the trees to find themselves along the side of a large Japanese style house. A few fox youkai blinked in surprise at them.

Mitzo nodded a bit and had fallen quiet. He still felt ashamed of himself and would probably be beating himself up about it for a while.

Racina bumps into his shoulder gently as they start to walk, following Alora. "Stop beating yourself up about it. That's my job." She smiles softly to him then moves away and looks to the home as they reached it.

It was a beautiful sight. It breathed home and the energy around it was strong, stronger than anything she had felt before. It didn't feel heavy though, a softness that was also firm. She felt bad for anyone that tried to mess with this place.

Alora walked past a few youkai that bowed to her before stepping up onto the porch that encircled the exterior of the building as she did she toed off her shoes in a skilled manner and left them neatly on the stone steps, "Come along food, a hot bath and sleep is in order," She told the humans, "Uke will see to your needs for now. I have things I must do. I will see you at dinner," With that she slid a door open and vanished into the building.

Uke glanced at the humans, "Be sure to remove your shoes before getting on the porch. It would be a shame to ruin Uzume's hard work," The youkai blinked before moving about their business. There wasn't a need for alarm it seemed. They were lead down the porch to a set of sliding screen doors that opening to a hallway. Following it they exited into the interior garden. All sorts of butterflies and dragonflies buzzed about among well tended gardens and a few fountains and ponds with koi swimming in them.

Stopping in front of a set of sliding doors decorated in a painting of lilies with dragonflies hovering above them Uke motioned to them before sliding the door open, "The man can stay here. I'll send a healer to check you over for any other mishaps and to make sure you are at your best," He then motioned for Racina to follow him. Down a door way was where she would stay. Butterflies were painted on her door. Sliding it open he smiled as the two kits scurried in before them, "They are good children," he told her softly, "They just don't know what a possible threat might be. Please take care of them while they are with you. A servant will be sent to you to help you with whatever you might need."

Both Racina and Mitzo did as instructed and removed their shoes before following after Uke.

Mitzo was silent and didn't really look to anything as they were lead to their rooms.

Racina on the other hand was curious and admiring the place and the creatures. It was a beautiful home. The energy felt so warm and soothing.

As they reached the first room Mitzo nods his head. "Thank you. " He glances to Racina before going into the room.

Racina smiles softly and bows her head. "Thank you and I will keep an eye on them. " She steps into the room after the little ones and smiles warmly to them. She had forgotten about her stab wound from her brother but as she relaxed, she started to feel it a little.

The two tiny foxes shifted into their humanoid forms and set about exploring the room, "Do you like it here?" one of them asked as they poked at the futon set up in the middle of the room. The pair were rather cute. Large ears and tails that seemed far too big for their toddler sized bodies. One had long black hair with green eyes while the other had pale white hair was was kept short with amber eyes. Due to their eyes it was easy to tell who was who.

The little ones were indeed cute. She sits down on the futon and watches the little ones curiously. "It's a beautiful place. " She says softly nodding her head to them.

"Alora-sama is friends with you right?" Asked Ichi as he wiggled over and snuggled at her side.

A knock at the door caused the two kits to glanced at it before it was slid open to show a young woman. She didn't have ears or a tail like most of the other youkai of the house hold, "Greetings, I'm Yuhi. I was sent to help you clean your wound and see to your other needs," She bowed before entering and placing a wooden box along with a bundle of fabrics on the ground. Opening the wooden box she searched it over for the things she needed to tend to the wound.

"Yuhi is really gentle and kind!" Ichi informed Racina excitedly. Li-li knodded in agreement as she snuggled the other side of Racina.

She smiles softly to Ichi. "I would like to think she is a friend. "

At the sound of the knock she smiles 3d to the woman. "His Yuri. Thank you. I had almost forgotten about the wound." She smiles and nods to the little ones. "Gentle is good and I'm glad you two are here to keep me company as well." And it was the truth.

This place felt soothing to her heart in a way she couldn't describe. The little ones were a comfort and she was indeed glad for their company. She did worry about Alora though. Hoping the female was alright. She knew her to be strong but still she worried.

Yuhi cared for the female's wounds before offering her a new change of clothes, "Alora-sama requested you change into this and join her and the family for dinner. Your brother is invited as well. Hibiki should be handling his outfit."

With that she stood and shooed the kits off to get ready as well, "I'll be outside if you need anything."

She nods softly to Yuri. "Thank you so much." She says, and smiles as the little ones were ushered out of the room as well.

Once she was alone, she got out of her dirty clothes and into the clean ones that had been given to her. She relaxes a bit and moves to leave the room.

She smiles to Yuri.

Mitzo had gotten changed as well but was still a bit shy and unsure of himself. He was so used to the hunters way of life. He likes those here though, they had all been nice but it was different.

Yuhi lead the pair to a grand dining hall. Alora sat at the far end of the table. Her expression was one of deep thought and concern. It seemed the woman had much to think about and little time to do so. Her golden gaze danced to the pair of humans, "I'm glad you came," She murmured, "I'm sure you have a lot on your minds. Please sit with me and enjoy a meal."

As soon as her eyes fell on Alora, she felt concern. Concern for Alora. She had never really had a friend before but strangely she found herself becoming protective of the other female.

Racina smiles warmly though and bows her head in thanks. "Food is always good."

Mitzo bows his head as well and smiles gently. When he was looked over, two more leeches had been found and it was troubling him that he had not noticed the things in the slightest. He was questioning his abilities as well as if he was even safe to be around if he couldn't even pick up on a few leeches.

They both sat down but barely spoke to each other. Racina could tell what was bothering her brother but she had learned in the past that he had to snap out of this on his own. She couldn't keep holding his hand. He was the big brother and there was days she wished he would act it.

Alora gave a smile to Racina, "There's something on both of your minds," She notes as she tilts her head. The action caused the strands of beads that hung from one of the many pins in her hair to tinkle together musically. Her golden gaze was soft as she regarded both people before her.

Racina smiles softly. She should be surprised by the fact that Alora had picked up on both her and her brother's minds. It was probably obvious in some ways.

Her gaze turned to her brother and she felt for her older brother. His expression was sad and he was staring down at the table a little. It was troubling him more than Racina had thought but as she gazed at him she could see it now.

Gently she reached over and touched his shoulder, squeezing lightly.

He shakes his head and looked to Alora and Racina. "I do not think I am safe to be around. I do not want to put either of you at risk..."

The fox chuckled, "Don't think you are safe to be around?" She tilted her head as she leaned forward to rest her chin in her palm, "You could have had those leeches attach themselves to myself or to your sister. They could have allowed the enemy to find us and could have killed you. After all those sort don't stop when the tap runs low," Her golden gaze was lazily taking the male in from head to toe, "To be honest you could have been a lot worse off. Thankfully that wasn't the case. I'm not going to stroke your ego but you aren't a stupid man and you certainly aren't a weak one. Three leeches would have killed a normal man in a matter of hours. Those were on you for days. I don't blame you in the least for the fact they were there. A mind control isn't an easy thing to escape. Your friend was far deeper in it then you. I couldn't loose whoever was taking a hold over him."

Sighing she leaned back and glanced to Racina, "Now you. Let's get these questions and doubts out of the way now before they tear us apart at the seams when we need it the least."

Mitzo blinks a bit at Alora's words. He hadn't expected them but at the same time he appreciated them. It was in a way what he needed to hear without ,as she said, stroking his ego. He nods to her. "Thank you." He says to her.

Racina looks to Alora when she spoke to her. Doubts? Questions? Where did she begin?

She shakes her head slightly. "We need the facts. Obviously someone created that creature and was, is using mind control. Our father is missing but I fear I may know what happened to him." She rubs her head. "I worry for all of us. Someone to mess with the balance like this and to create that creature..." she let's her words trail off.

Alora tapped the table lightly, "Indeed someone is. That someone is working likely for a man we met today," She tilted her head, "Lucifer the King of Light," She murmured, "There are things in which he does to see into the hearts of those around him. He has a goal and that goal likely doesn't end with the world remaining the way you know it. Instead that world becomes something more like Gehenna."

Racina tenses a bit and shakes her head. "But even if he does change the world to that, it wouldn't be good. For anyone. To disturb the balance that much.." she shakes her head a bit.
