Name: Annabelle Diamond, often just called Annie for short.
Age: 11, turning 12 soon after the start of the school year

Personality: Annie has low self-esteem, as her grasp of air manipulation is very basic, even for her age. She has an inferiority complex and gets jealous easily, especially of other air students who perform better than her. Though she dislikes people who make her feel incompetent, she doesn't mind hanging with them if they refrain from boasting about it or rubbing it in her face. She works hard, but often doesn't put her hand up to answer questions in class unless she's 100% sure she knows the answer. She's afraid of looking stupid in front of the whole class.
She doesn't like being pitied either, and is most likely to become friends if approached with an indifference towards her magic ability. She loves board games, sweets, jewellery, and a variety of non-magical sports, with conventional tennis being her favourite.

Other Info:

• Annie's elemental affinity seems to be more attuned to electricity than it is to the movement of air, but she has yet to discover this. Her air magic ionizes the air just a little, which at best will leave a little static charge on her and maybe one other person within arm's reach. Cooperation with a water magic user could very well draw out this potential.
• She goes jogging every morning before school, if weather permits.
• Her blue hairband is one of her most prized possessions and she's very defensive about it.
• She keeps a diary that she writes into every night.

Personality: careful, smart, kind, cant stand bad manners, second guesses himself, worrys about alena a lot, has feelings for alena and hasnt told her, has trouble voicing his emotions, likes summer because he doesnt feel cold in that season, scared of heights, hates crowds
Background Info:
kiryls mother died when he was born and his father was killed in a car accident when he was 7. Alenas neghbor took him in and kiryl became fast friends with alena. Eventually he started to have a crush on her that turned into love but he has never told her how he feels. When he realised that he and alena both can do element stuff he poured himself into research on it and found out about this school. He also held himself back in school so he would be in the same grade as alena even though he probably could have skiped ahead into high school. Also used to get bullied for 'failing' so bad the year he held himself back and never told alena because he knew she would fight them

Personality: impulsive, bold, has trouble controling her anger, speaks her mind, hears any talk trash about kiryl and loses her temper, tomboy(ish), loves a good fight,

Background Info:
her mother is always away on business trips and her dad is very protective. Met kiryl when she was 5 and draged him everywhere (willingly)
she accidently burnt a bit of her hair off when her anger triggered her fire element and kiryl was super depessed untill it grew back to normal. When she was young her father always told her stories about great 'wizards' that could do great 'spells'.
