"Yes" star answered "he should know what is happening yes?" He looked at Camilla who nodded. She didn't have the strength to go see him now. "I will not stay there long" he promoaed the twins though. He could see they needed a little extra comfort tonight
 
He nodded a little "you are ok for me to go?" He asked softly, worried about the two he counted as brothers
 
The twins nodded. "Come back, please, but Claudius needs you, too." They shifted to give Star an easier time climbing out and watched him with wide eyes.
 
He nodded "I will. Promise" he answered before climbing out of the bed. Checking the hot water bottle before he slipped out and made his way to Claudius's tent, knocking lightly on the pole before poking bis head in.

"Claudius?" He asked
 
Claudius growled as he swung around, the sound deep and primal. No human would make a sound like that. His spines stood up, his eyes burning orange. When he saw Star, though, he calmed. The spines relaxed, and the strange color faded from his eyes.

"Starnacht," he greeted softly. "There has been much calamity. I did not think you would come."
 
Star took a step back at first but paused when Claudius relaxed, he was a little hesitant now though having never seen him like that.

"We wanted to be sure you were ok" he said "Ms. Camilla is too worn to come so I come" he explained in short
 
Claudius stepped closer then sat down on the floor. "Is Ms. Camilla alright?" he asked worriedly. "Were many people hurt?"
 
"She is ok. Just tired after healing" Claudius explained, coming in only after Claud sat down. "I think not too many hurt but many scared" he didn't know for sure of course but he assumed.

Speaking of the injured though, spectra hadn't bothered to find Camilla. She would have other to heal so she sat alone in her wagon dressing herself. She was sure there were fractured bones where she had been hit. The bruising and swelling wasn't a good sign. She used her own salve to dress it.
 
He shrugged a little in answer "I don't know" he said truthfully "most just need rest now I think. The danger is gone now"
 
Claudius nodded. "If you need me, call. I can hear you when you are loud," he told the little creature. "I will not let anything hurt you or Camilla."
 
Star smiled a little "you are a good friend Claudius" he said, his tail flicking a little "do you want for food or waters? I can get for you" since Camilla was not returning
 
Star nodded "yes.no hurt...maybe little shaken..but ok" he assure claudius "I wish I were strong to help but..small and scared I am no good to anybody"
 
Claudius touched his shoulder gently. "Vlad would not say you cannot do anything. You are a great help. You are help right now."
 
He shifted a little "maybe but...I want to be strong and help more ways than run errends you know? He do so much.."
 
"And he started out running errands, too, I am sure," Claudius said quielty. "Having... a heart to help. That is more important than how much you can do. I remember a little... very little of when I was little. I was not a good boy like you." Claudius dropped his gaze. "I wish now I was. Maybe that is why..." He trailed off, looking at his malformed hand. Delicate and deadly.
 
Star tilted his head a moment brfore he edged closer and touched his hand gently "no matter how much you misbehave...to be treated so bad is never ok or deserved "
 
Claudius smiled slightly at Star, but he could not find it in himself to fully believe Star's words. "Thank you. You should go back to be with the others where it is safe. I will see you tomorrow?" He looked at Star in deep concern. He did not like all these happenings.
