I'm Corvid, or you can call me Bird. I'm 23 years old. I graduated from college with a comp sci degree, but I'm considering other career paths since I've figured out that comp sci isn't really my thing. I like writing (of course), drawing, painting, photography, video games, karaoke, and bugs. I grab all the spiders at my job. Call me a professional wrangler B)
I started roleplaying in middle school thanks to a love of comic books and DC comics media. So, about eleven years now, give or take. Anyone remember Wattpad and Amino? Yeah... those were interesting times.
I also tried Twitter RP a few times. Pro tip: don't.
The stories I like to write often fall into fantasy, scifi, or slice of life. I have a handful of original characters I tend to write most often. I make Pinterest boards, playlists, and other little things for them, and I enjoy writing scenes about them outside of roleplay just for fun.
My starters and responses often fall into the advanced literate category, though I can match my partner's length and also adjust to the situation or moment. Quality over quantity. I think very visually and like to spend time in a character's perspective. While I enjoy action, I'm much more interested in character dynamics than elaborate fight scenes, and powerscaling has never really been my thing. As for relationships, romance isn't a necessary part of roleplay for me -- it's more of a fun bonus if the characters have chemistry. If it does happen, I'm a sucker for a slow burn.
