"'Cuz I don't think we're fast enough to outrun angry drivers trying to ram into us, and I really don't want to get rammed into," Candi said, before quickly adding "Because I'm still recovering from the minecart incident. Yeah." Nice save, Candi! Oh, why thank you, Candi. "Or, even better, do any of us some some crazy teleportation or superspeed powers?"​

"I am your getaway vehicle," Megatron adds, still in his newly-acquired beetle mode. "This scout-like altmode is capable of carrying five humans by design, six or seven if we squeeze, and should prove fast enough, but if faster exists... then I shall attempt to acquire that speed, for all our sakes.. Truth be told, it is not speed that is my forte, but gladiatorial combat."

Ashley gave Megatron the side eye before speaking to Candi as they continued on. "With the cars they have they're going to have a really hard time catching us. Trust me on that."

"We will take your new form into consideration," Dhaos responded to Megatron, not really sure what either Bossk or Ashley had planned for a quick gateway. They were allies now however...and he had to trust them.

The journey continued on and as they switched streets that's when they saw it. The front of the police station. Then Ashley saw something else. "Are they that fucking stupid?" And they in fact seemed to be just that. From their advantage point they could see seven vehicles in different shapes and size. There was a motorcycle and another was a convertible. All of them had one thing in common though. They seemed to be unguarded.

"Alright, I got something to had to our plan," Ashley replied as she turned back behind the corner to talk with the rest of the group. "What if we busted up some of their rides before getting them to chase us? Less things driving after us the easier it would be for us." She looked around waiting to see what the others had to say.

Will Nines

He was thankful that Nadine had decided to come with him as he honestly had no clue what to look for in a mall other than the limited knowledge he had gained from his previous models and going to the mall.

Will was also thankful since the special thing he had would have been a big problem if he went anywhere alone and a particular thing happened as well.

" There is always something more to look at. What have you found so far at the mall?" Will asked them. Knowing would be so helpful to not investigating the exact same thing.

"Some rations...this bow," Nadine said pointing to her bow. "And enough electronic scraps to get Matts stuff working."

"Which I am very thankful for, really." Looking inside Will could see it as dead and drab as anywhere else in the city. While a huge structure it seemed to only be two stories tall with a rusted escalator leading up.

"There's a sporting goods store on the upper floor that we haven't checked out much and a grocery store on the first one. We just haven't had the man power but with the plan in motion I think we can risk exploring this area a bit deeper."

As Nishiki ventured forward into the bushes, he would feel his ankle hit some sort of snag. It didn't hurt him, and it seemed very small, but it was durable enough to cause him to trip.

It wasn't long before the small group made it to the edge of the city, where a few dense bushes served as the border into the nearby forest.

"Going by the map, the factory is just a bit further ahead." Moira vanished into a violet haze, then quickly materialized on the other side of the bushes. "Try to make as little noise as possible. You never know who may be listening."

"Understood..." Ashe spoke before attempting to cross through the bushes. His steps were slow and precise determining where he should step to to make the least amount of noise possible. Ashe has had to do stealthy things before so it came to no surprise just how careful he was being when given the task of making as little noise as possible. Using both hands to push away troublesome brush branches while he focused on getting through.

"Aha, well, I'm always up for breaking things... Anything or anyone, really," Larxene chuckled with delight at Ashley's suggestion to sabotage the riders'... rides as sparks of electricity surged from her body. It certainly did sound like a sound plan alright. The thought didn't even cross her mind otherwise.

Lightning Barrage!

Even in her comparatively weakened state, Larxene was still able to conjure bolts of lightning from thin air, thrusting her arm forward as if to direct their aim toward the vehicles without hesitation.

"HOLY FIZZY GIGGLE!" Candi yelled, hearing Megatron speak and jumping into the air. She obviously hadn't been paying attention when he did it before. "That's amazing! How does that even work?! I don't care! Wow!"
At hearing the plan, Candi lowered her eyelids and eyed the unguarded vehicles suspiciously. "I dunno, gang, this looks mighty suspicious to me... like we're walking into a trap."​

❝ Shit- ❞ Nishiki cursed to himself in a low voice moments before he tripped over a snag in the bushes. He was definitely not the type of person to be wandering an environment like this. So much that he practically found himself tripping over something so minimal. At the very least it didn't feel like he hurt himself that bad over a minor fall, carefully lifting himself back up onto his feet as if nothing happened. It did take him a bit to do so with only the use of his left hand for some reason, but what's done is done.

❝ Goddamn bushes... ❞ Nishiki grumbled to himself in a hushed tone, briefly patting any dirt that got on his clothes before continuing onward.

Just before Pyke was about to take up the task, the small woman had conjured some kind of never-before seen sorcery. The sailor watched the lightning spark up and then soar through the air toward the cars. Almost as if energized by the emitted lightning, he shouted in awe, not even trying to keep his voice down. "Haha! Sink their ships!"​

"Careful!" Moira hissed as Nishiki tripped. The yakuza fortunately didn't make a whole lot of noise, save for a momentarily increase of rustling leaves.

Akande, who had been following behind him, glanced down at the spot where he had tripped, saying nothing until he stepped over it. "Are you alright?"

Alright or not, they would need to press on. After the bushes, there was nothing but trees leading on into the woods. "It won't be long now," Moira said. "Do try to watch where you're going. We can afford to be a bit cautious even if it means moving at a slower pace."

Will looked over at him and wondered what sort of rations they had gotten and wondered how this place had so much stuff.

Will wondered what had happened to the city that had made it so dead and dread and wondered if climbing up the escalator would be the same as walking up stairs or if it would be slightly more awkward though.

"I kind of want to see what we can find in the sporting goods store, it might be good to see if I can find some clothes there since this shirt was ruined by the booby trap.. hopefully I can heal and don't find things that are violent because well..... uhhh,-" He left the unspoken words hang in the air and glanced at his watch.

"Don't worry, there's never anyone here," Nadine assured with a laughter before pointing towards Matt. "Why do you think he's here?" Nadine's childhood had been as none conventional as it could be and at times she had a hard time about what she could and could not say at any given time.

"H-Hey!" While Matt understood that, he didn't much appreciate being called a coward.

Even so the trio made their way up the rusted escalator steps. Despite having no power the skylight gave them enough light to walk through the area with out having to resort to using a flashlight. Soon enough after having walked past a number of stores they found themselves outside of the sporting goods store. From the entrance it seemed rather desolate but perhaps with some investigation the trio could find something.

"Normally, stealth isn't my thing. But then, this isn't the usual kind of things I get into." answered "But I think we should try to do what we can to stay quiet." Oh how much he missed the Force and lightsaber. It would be much easier to just carve a way through the city and whoever had even the idea to stand on his path.

Will was relieved that there was no one here and tilted his head. He didn't quite understand what Nadine meant by that, but he would figure it out eventually. He wondered if it was natural for people to be called out for joining a party. It was interesting to explore the mall as he had never been in one.

Will didn't comment on it, being too naïve to understand that Matt was a coward after all.

He looked over at the steps and wondered if his damage was getting better or worse. Being inorganic meant that the plant didn't work and he didn't expect to find blue blood anywhere around here, but that was okay. He took a cautious step and started to look around the store for anything that was helpful to the group or clothes. He would also take clothes that weren't covered in blood that belonged to him as well though.

At first it seemed Larxene was just pointing her arm towards the vehicles for dramatic effect but suddenly a still rather potent blast of electricity shot out from her hand towards its intended target. The shot spread itself to some of the vehicles as it connected and nothing seemed to happen before.

*BOOM*

One of the motorcycles erupted into a fiery inferno as shrapnel and debris flung into the air and punctured some of the other vehicles surrounding the bike but despite that and a few scorch marks the others still seemed to be operational.

Dhaos had not tried if he still had any of his power inside of him, but perhaps it was best to save it for a time when he’d need it the most. “That should certainly gotten their attention,” He said to the others. “What now?”

Ashley smirked. “Now, we wait.” They didn’t have to wait long either has the police station door burst open as a tall woman with long white hair exited with a shock of panic.

“I knew I heard something! One of the bikes! It exploded!”

From behind her sauntered a tall muscular fellow with blue hair who didn’t seem too shocked by the scene in front of him. “What? You’re shouting about that? I thought there was a fight...”

“Hmhmhm….I don’t think you would need to worry about that…” A third appeared, a young woman joined the two already there. In her hand was a riding crop, which she pointed towards Ashley with a flourish.

“Don’t you see? Our dear Spider-Bitch is back. AND she brought some friends! Could this be the fourth team? It was starting to get a little lonely around here…”

Another man ran out, sighing as he saw the wreckage. “Shit.” It seemed he was the owner of what used to be a motorcycle.

“The Queen bitch, unlike your scrawny ass,” Ashley walked into view of the Riders with a confident look on her face. “I got myself a little army since the last time. You think you got what it takes to kills us now? Cause I’m not sure you do.”

The blue haired man looked visibly excited as he was making his way towards the group. The grin on his face implied he was ready to take all of them on if he had to. Instead though the tall woman grabbed him by the shoulder waiting to see what the woman with the riding crop was going to do next.

The woman laughed. “Hahaha! Oh please, Ashley. Death would be a mercy! Don’t think we haven’t forgotten about your lizard’s little surprise at the tower! I needed an entire day to wash Preed’s blood out of my hair! And he was an alien, so it was all green and smelled AWFUL!” She frowned, narrowing her eyes at the group. “So no. We don’t have what it takes to kill you now, because we WON’T kill you now. Maybe we can pick off a few of you now, maybe even trade some to the Others! I’m sure that beast of theirs is famished by now…”

“Please,” Ashley just brushed her off. “The only reason you even are where you are right now is because of your damn cars!” The leader of the off the coalition group was however rudely interrupted.

“Enough talking.” The man stepped forward, his hand on some rope on his belt. “Which one of you trashed my bike?”

Meanwhile Dhaos just shifted his looks to either side of the group. Was this really the plan?

"Aha, that was probably me. What, you're not frustrated, are you?" Larxene laughed at the man with rope, wondering who this rascal could possibly be to even consider standing up to her. She had remained mostly silent during the exchange between the so-called Spider-Bitch and the riders whom they were opposing, mostly uninterested in their personal vendettas against each other, though admittedly, the hulking mass of the blue-haired man caught her attention, attracted to his demeanor.

A man who exuded a will to fight from his entire, massive body. Even to someone deaf to that kind of aura, it was still plastered across his face, the hunger to fight, like a wolf hungers to hunt. Maybe this wouldn't be so boring after all.

Of course, she'd probably have to deal with rope man first.

"Actually, just who are you anyway, huh?" Larxene asked him, hands poised on her hips.

Megatron stayed still, anticipating their moves and was intent on remaining a Robot in Disguise until the time deemed it neccessary to act. Without proper assignment, Megatron knew his role in the operation.

Will's wounds didn't seem to be bleeding for the time being, but it was probably best not to do anything strenuous to agitate it. Well inside the store Will saw trashed display cases and scattered clothes racks. Most of it seemed to be stripped clean. Most of the things that he saw was torn and couldn't be used.

A bit further in though Will could spot a rack with hoodies that seemed to be in surprisingly good shape. In the sporting equipment area there wasn't much left except for what looked like a dumbbell that while having some rust on it seemed usable for something at least. Will and Nadine had split up as well to gather more ground so for the time being it looked like Will was alone.

Will was relieved that his wounds weren't getting worst, but he had a feeling that if he did too much work, he would die or bleed out. He looked over at the trashed display cases and all of the scattered clothes rack that seemed to be stripped clean and all of the things were torn and looked like they weren't going to be good.

After a good five minutes of looking at all of the different types of hoodies on the rack, he finally picked out a blue hoodie with a white hood to wear.



He looked over at the sporting good section and at the dumbbell. " Hey, guys, there is a weight over her... I would lift it but I don't exactly want to reopen my wounds," he shouted across the store to see if any of the group would hear him.

"Ah yes cautious would be the best approach. After all how fast we are isn't going to matter if we get caught..." Ashe spoke seeming to agree with the idea of being a bit more cautious considering the situation they were in.

As Moira said, it didn't take long at all for them to make it to their destination in a clearing.

The imposing factory loomed above them all, showing early signs of rot and decay. Clearly, it had been one of the first places forgotten about by the original citizens when whatever wiped them out had started. The metal exterior, which would once have been described as hi-tech, was now rusting, with loose panels in various places hanging by a few bolts. The occasional graffiti tag could be seen here and there, and external metal walkways on the buildings were broken, with huge gaps.

Moira held her arm out, as if to halt the others momentarily. Vanishing into her smoky haze again, she left for a few moments, before returning as abruptly as she had vanished. "Not a single Other in sight," she said. "Good thing for us, for that means the theory that this is their base is incorrect."

"Though that does mean we still have to find it, don't we?" Akande asked.

"That's a given. But for now, at least we can stock up on some weapons until that time arrives. And believe me when I say that we absolutely need them." That being said, Moira ushered their little group towards the entrance. Once they arrived, they were greeted by an odd scene: the large metal doors to the entrance had been completely blown apart, and the pavement inside had a noticeable skid-mark. "So, the other teams had been here...let's hope they left us something behind."

It was a stark contrast to the exterior of the building, as the interior was highly futuristic. Even so, the eerie silence matched the outside perfectly, with all activity frozen in time, as if the metal doors had preserved the inside of the factory in time. Row after row of advanced machinery filled the entire area, which seemed relatively unscathed. Whoever had been in here clearly had not stayed for very long, though they had left an impact. Near the entrance, a few computer screens had been smashed, and some machines had been damaged, and most importantly, an augmented motorcycle lay on the other side of the room.

"I wonder..." As Moira went off to inspect the bike, you were now free to explore the factory. There was a hallway out to the right of the room, in case you didn't want to look around here much. And, if anything, maybe there would be something of value outside?
