Rex charged at Revan, who jumped casually into the air, landing on top of one of the tall pillars. Rex jumped high to meet him. The pair clashed lightsabers, though Rex was tossed back to the ground by the force. Revan then watched as the plasma grenade exploded harmlessly on the ground below him.

He looked to the group, watching them and even possibly assessing them.

Emily studied Revan's movements carefully, resisting her urge to jump straight into the fray; Rex's assault proved that she couldn't stand a chance doing that. Although, she couldn't just stand there doing nothing either. At the very least, she had to test his abilities.

Carefully focusing her stone magic... She projected a large beam of pink light, but... Instead of attempting to land a direct hit, she arced her stone magic around Revan at the last second, aiming to strike him in the back. However, even if she did manage to land a hit, it was noted that the attack was not meant to be lethal; unlike what she had used against the creatures boarding the discovery... It was not meant to burn her target to the crisp, but instead... The magic was intended to course through the body, stunning her target.

It was more than likely that Emily was testing the waters, rather than launching an all out assault.​

Starscream's next move was transforming into his jet mode and rushing in, swerving to evade any potential strikes before creating a sonicboom to blow Revan back.

Once he was free, Rex got to his feet and nodded to somewhere in the distance. Elliot sighed and got his feet, ready to follow. From there, they walked a couple of miles, navigating the harsh planet and avoiding its dangers. Rex said he was taking them to what was once a Sith Academy, a place he once lived. When they saw it in the distance, it towered over the landscape like a dark monument, casting a long long shadow.

The inside was desolate and lonely, with not a soul present to be found. Navigating the old academy's halls instilled in the group a deep sense of melancholy. Neither Elliot or the crews wished to speak in these halls, feeling as if something would break if they did.

Rex led the group to the center of the academy where the Force-sensitive amongst the group would feel an overbearing dark presence. The wound was evidently strongest here. It felt like a weight on everybody's shoulders that reached its peak once they entered the center lair, finding a man standing at its middle.

Darth Revan turned around to face the group.

"This is a surprise," he said. "I imagine you did not think yourself strong enough to face me alone."

Rex took a few steps toward Revan and stopped. He turned on his lightsaber, having gotten it back during the walk. "This was not my choice, but it matters little to me if I can take my revenge."

Revan shook his head. "Those Sith were weak, as are you. They were not worthy if were felled."

"Neither will you once you are defeated." Rex looked back at the group. "You said you would help, so now is your chance!"

Revan did not move.

As Grif and Sarge entered the academy, Sarge had his rifle prepared in his hands while Grif did the same with his newfound lightsaber. Once the group found Revan, Sarge simply aimed his rifle at him and snickered.

“If there’s one thing that’s almost as bad as a Blue, it’s a liar! And son, you fit the goddamn bill almost perfectly.” Sarge said, though before he had the chance to shoot him, Revan had leaped up into the air.

“Dammit, quit jumpin’ around and let me shoot ya!” Sarge exclaimed, keeping his rifle aimed at Revan in the meantime. Once he took residence on a nearby pillar, however, Sarge fired in his direction.

“U-uh... shit!” Grif shouted as he frantically looked around for a way to help out. Eventually, his eyes fell upon the pillar that Revan was perched upon, which caused an idea to pop into his head.

Without another word, Grif ran over to Revan’s pillar and attempted to cut it down with his lightsaber.

Elliot reached out with telekinesis, grumbling as he pulled Nathan back, leaving Zero Two and Flower in danger.

Revan then turned and blocked Emily's attack with his lightsaber. The power of the attack rooted him for a second, but he managed to direct the attack toward Meceliss in order to halt her assault. Revan then jumped to the next pillar to avoid Grif toppling the first one and used the Forced to direct the falling pillar to land on top of Grif. Finally, Revan had no choice but to receive the brunt of the sonic boom, but he managed to recover while flying through the air to land on the back pillar. He called down the lightning from above to strike Starscream out of the sky.

Starscream performed a barrel roll to evade the striking lightning, attempting to dodge and blitz about so that Revan might, at some point, accidentally strike himself with his own electrical blasts.

Upon noticing that his comrades had been thrown into the line of fire, Sarge quickly ceased fire, but there was no guarantee that Zero Two or Flower wouldn’t have been shot by the already oncoming bullets.

As Revan continued to jump around, however, Sarge decided to take out a handful of grenades, unpin them, and throw them at each remaining pillar in hopes of giving Revan no foot left to stand on, per say.

“OH SHIT!!!!”

With the pillar about to fall on top of him, Grif had no choice but to jump out of the way, narrowly avoiding the oncoming rubble.

“Jesus... this guy is strong.” Grif muttered under his breath as he simply stayed prepared for another attack, lightsaber in hand as he did so.

Having at least partially suspected it would backfire, Emily was glad she hadn't used anything lethal against Revan just yet. It was too late to undo what was done, but with any luck... Meceless would be alright. While Emily would have tried to get closer to Revan at this point, her attention was momentarily diverted by the danger Revan had pulled Flower, Zero Two, and Nathan into. Seeing that Elliot had already puled Nathan out of the way, Emily tended to the other two still in harms way... Using her stone magic to fight against the force that had thrown them in the way of Sarge's gunfire.

"Hang on!" She shouted, her stone suddenly flaring up as two distinct tendrils of light shot towards Zero Two and Flower.

With any luck, Emily would be able to use her stone magic to pull both of them out of harm's way. She also kept an eye on Sarge's grenades, as she seemed to be at least partially catching onto Revan's tactics.

Next time she tried to strike at him though, she had to make sure to avoid any collateral damage Revan would try to inflict, using her own attacks.​

All this time, Flower had been still shutdown from the earlier free fall, so it could be said that she was carried around to where they were now. So by the time she had merely only restarted, the Vocaloid was crudely greeted with the possibility of being shot.

❝ ! ❞ Completely frozen by this revelation, she could only watch until she and Zero Two were dragged out of the way. So they were... in a fight? While relieved that she was safe, she couldn't help but feel like a liability for not being able to assist in the manner. She wasn't exactly made for combat in the first place.

Well, this was upsetting, at least to her.

Nathan felt immediate panic as he was brought up into the air with Revan's powers, fear collecting in his chest as he was put in the path of Grif's fire.

Elliot soon rescued him, Nathan making a small noise and he landed back on the floor.

He was useless without his gun, his silver tongue of no use in the situation. But, Nathan has never really been rational, he ran towards Revan blindly- attempting to use his bare fists for combat.

Any lightning that happened to bounce his way, Revan deflected off his lightsaber, coursing it in front of him in a cone, shooting back Rex, who had charged him again, and attempting to send Starscream out of the sky yet again.

Elliot leaped forward, grabbing Nathan's shirt from behind and pulling him from the center of the fighting. "You fool!" he roared at the other boy. "You make me look weak by having to save you!"

Revan reached out and lifted the fallen pillar with the Force and tossed it at the group. Liara raised her arms and created a barrier around the group, stopping the pillar. Shepard and James ran until they were clear to fire on Revan, who created a Force barrier in retaliation.

Below, the planet rumbled. The fighting seemed to be causing something to stir. An intense fog began to fill the arena from the chasms below, obscuring a new threat from the shadows.

"Everyone!" Burnham yelled, "turn around!"

From behind the group came a pair of massively scaled beasts, who roared upon being spotted. They came charging in soon after.

Despite the situation, Emily managed a somewhat sheepish smile towards Elliot, seeing him helping Nathan.

"It takes more strength to save someone than it does to kill them." She said, though it was hard to say if she was heard over all the commotion in the room.

Unfortunately, this brief moment was short-lived, as Revan tossed a pillar towards the group... Which Emily tried to help stop with Liara, using her stone magic to its fullest.

Now that she was carefull not to use defensive magic, and instead use her stone's telekinetic abilities a bit more... Her endurance in battle was a little better than it had been before. She was feeling somewhat more confident than she was before... But then, behind them came more trouble; scaled beasts coming from behind.

Keeping an eye on the scaled creatures as others began to fight them, making sure they were doing okay... Emily decided to turn her attention back to Revan for now, sort of. She had an opportunity to potentially take down two birds with one stone.

Concentrating once again... She used her stone magic to try and lift and throw one of the Lizard creatures towards Revan. If this were to backfire, she made sure to keep an eye on the creature in question though, ready to more or less vaporize it before it caused too much collateral damage.​

Rin checked out her new weapon as she followed the others, before running away to hide and watch. Looking at her weapon, she knew she’ll probably make matters worse, so she devised doing something, but stopped when she realised the scaled creatures.
“Great, Bullets are gonna get reflected by both of them...”
She put one of her leg on the ground, and aimed her weapon somewhat haphazardly, although she kept her grip pretty tight. Rin fired her bullets under the lizards creatures, the underside is soft, easily punctured skin, right? By basic anatomy. She looked like she was having a blast anyways.

As the fog came, both Jedi immediately used their senses to spot the new threat, being able to sense through fog. They both noticed the scaled beasts. "Watch out!"
