Don't get between me and my munchies
Hey everyone, I have a plot idea I want to run, discussing morality, villainy and heroism, and the concept of karma and redemption.
I'd like to run an Epic Setting, whether it be Renaissance High Fantasy or Near Future Supervillainy and Cyberpunk, about the scum of the earth, bad, criminal, could possibly be considered evil people, ruining the lives of others for their own gain, and eventually, letting loose and evil far greater than them, due to their ignorant, immoral acts.
Then, when they're at their lowest, they begin their path to becoming heroes, who are attempting to fight off the evil they summoned, while also attempting, and failing, to redeem themselves for their past evil, and dealing with the ill will and consequences of their crimes.
This will eventually culminate at the edge of the end of the world, where are villains turned heroes finally defeat the evil, and rid it of its existence. They then turn back to see the destruction they've caused, and while they know that their hands are deep red with blood, they can at least try to make a better future for those who still live in the ruins, and hopefully clean themselves of some of the destruction they caused back when they were idiotic, impulsive, and selfish.
Any interest?
