"That sounds great," Dark replied, and began to make his way through the aisles, before stopping to peak in at Alec. He smiled slightly to see the look of pure amazement on his face, and then went about his purchases, doing pretty much exactly what Daizi said he would: He tapped on various types of wood, he looked at paint swatches, he mumbled to himself. He spent a bit more time reading ingredients on the paints than he normally did, but not to a strange amount. Every so often he took a folded up sketch from his pocket before tucking it away again, nodding to himself.

"Good," She replied, stepping through the doorway. She was barefoot, but knew her garden well enough that she was confident she wouldn't accidentally step on something painful, "We have ivy growing up the side of the house because when we were in high school, at that fancy boarding school, my dorm was on the second floor, with this trellis covered in ivy beneath my window, and Dark used to climb it to sneak in to see me, just so we could talk, since I almost never had a roommate. I love ivy," Daizi hummed, "I love vines, they seem to have a mind of their own, they're so desperate." She led him through the winding path. It was styled after an English garden, so it was somewhere between wild and tended, with places to hide. Interestingly, despite the work she did, she never pulled the dandelions, which coloured the green grass and grew at will. Daizi longed to ask him more questions, but she swore there would be no tricks, so she refrained, for now, and instead told little stories about the plants, "We grow lavender and chamomile, but they're not blooming yet... And our weeping beech tree is lovely to sit under, I like to go there to read when it's warm enough. We planted it after visiting Petit Trianon by Versailles, there's one there Dark and I sat under for probably twenty minutes."
Eventually, she came to a pretty swing bench and sat down on it, "Come sit by me," she requested. From that spot, much of the garden could be seen, but none of the other houses could be, so it made the garden feel entirely isolated, "I can make tea, if you'd like. I know months ago you said you weren't interested, but I think it's nice."
