How Green Becomes Wood

"Oh, of course," Daizi chuckled, "Why didn't I think of that?"

"I wonder if Sally's condo has a pool," Dark mused, holding Ivy steady while the face painter started putting a little dolphin on her cheek.

Ivy squirmed a little bit when the brushes were touching her face, but Dark kept speaking gently to her to keep her calm.

"Her condo is nice enough it would probably be a really nice pool if she has one," Daizi commented. "Sometimes they can be rented out by the inhabitants in the building for a party."

"We can only hope," Daizi said casually.

When the dolphin done, Dark helped Ivy to look in the mirror and Ivy, seeing that it was herself in the mirror, stared in sheer amazement. She would've immediately smeared the dolphin had she not been prevented

"Ivy, you look so cute!" Alec cheered, clapping excitedly. "Look at the dolphin. It's so cute!"

"Very nice, Mini," Xander said, nodding. "How about it, Ba? Are you getting a spider? Or sitting out?"

"True, I did suggest a spider, but the rest was your idea, and it looks fantastic on you both," Alec assured her. He found some cash in his bag and slipped it into the artist's tip jar for a job very well done!

Alec nodded. "The incense stall, and I think we're done?"

"I can't think of anything else we might want, and we've seen most of it. I think it might take more than one day if we wanted to see all of it," Xander said.
