Name: Jennifer Rosa Carter but prefers to be called Jenny
Age: 15
Appearance: Jenny is about average height at around 5’6 with a very slender build, but don’t be deceived as she is surprisingly strong. She has long amber brown hair that goes down to about her breast and is often seen in a lazy side part. Her eyes are a shimmering forest green that really stands out against her pale white skin, though she has a slight farmers tan on her arms and face. She almost always wears a white shirt with orange stripes reminiscent of Phineas from Phineas and Ferb, and she is never caught outside without jeans on, preferably bell bottoms, holes in the knees included. Jenny is a sneaker fanatic and owns only three pairs of shoes, each a type of tennis shoe, though her favourite of the bunch is a pair of worn down brown ones with faded neon green laces. Jenny is notorious for having random things such as rubber bands, string, and even pieces of grass tied around her arms like bracelets, making for quite the look. Finally to finish off her outfit, she carries around a large well loved black backpack filled with things such as, pokeballs, items, food, and even things like a small sleeping bag and a first aid kit.
Personality: Jenny is a very interesting girl, known for her wacky ideas and all around friendly aditude. Born with a very mild case of Autism and ADHD Jenny tends to be extremely passionate about things, and loud, though most of the time these are unintentional. She can be horribly stubborn is she wants to, especially with things she believes she knows more about, or believes she is obviously right about, though she isn’t impossible to reason with. Due to her autism she has a hard time understanding feelings and she often mixes up when someone is being literal, figurative, and sarcastic, making for some interesting moments. Her autism also effects her ability to feel empathy, which often makes her seem rude and insensitive, when in reality she is just confused. Jenny is rather well know for extreme mood swings, going from chill and peaceful to a full blown tornado in a matter of minutes. Despite these disabilities Jenny makes friends really easily and most of her friends stick with her for life.
Background: Jenny originally grew up in the Hoenn region, in Mauville City. Her mother was an archeologist, while her father worked in a power plant, so they were pretty well off. Jenny grew up with very few friends as her parents were not around enough to give her the right treatments for her disabilities, and she often was considered weird by the other kids. Of course Jenny was mostly oblivious to this fact as she would much rather spend her time at home playing with Pokémon then have friends anywho. On her 5 birthday her mother gave her her first ever pokemon: A Lileep. Now being an archeologist Jenny’s mother has access to all sorts of things and her mother and father had worked together to save enough money to have the fossil revived. Jenny was ecstatic to finally have her own Pokémon, and she spent most of her time running around and training her Lileep. At the age of 7 Jenny caught her very first Pokémon (Her Lileep was a gift and such she had never caught a Pokémon before) which ended up being a shiny Cacnea. Now Jenny was still too younge to realise how special her Cacnea was from other Cacnea, but she hardly cared as he was very special to her. By the time she was 8 she had her own little “gang” of friends and they called themselves the “R.A.N.J.E.R.S” each letter standing for their names. Ronnie, Anna, Nathan, Jenny, Elisa, Roan, Stan. They would often run around the town, helping Pokémon and people alike how ever they could, which is actually how Jenny ended up with her natu. During one of the groups adventures, Jenny and Roan spotted two kids picking on what looked to be an abandoned Natu. Despite the kids being about 10 while Jenny and Roan where only 8 they of course attacked the boys. They managed to defeat them as each boy only had 1 Pokémon whilst both Roan and Jenny had two, and the boys ran off. Before Roan even had a chance to say anything Jenny immediately claimed the Natu as her own, adding her third member to the party. Sadly when Jenny hit 15 her mother was forced to move to the Johto region and her father convinced her to follow suit and keep her mother company. Despite Jenny’s protests she finally went with her mother. They moved into Violet town where Jenny heard about a group of trainers gathering to go on a Pokémon journey together and she was only to eager to join. Of course she already had one badge from her days of Hoenn, but she was still excited to learn more about this place and maybe make a few friends too!
