Klaxon: OOC Info and Q&A

To add to my character locations since I missed the line about none-pack characters, although I doubt either of these two will be pulled into things:
- AJ would be in the apartment he shares with a few other Greypelts, in their pack territory.
- Anna would be over at her student dorms at the university.
Okay, due to the combination of some players not wanting details of upcoming events disclosed, and other players roleplaying ahead of Klaxon, and people missing my note about including non-pack characters, there was some misunderstanding of just how impactful and widespread Klaxon is going to be.
No one did anything wrong, but I want to get us all on the same page. Klaxon will be impactful across Lupaix. I won't go into the details, for the people who prefer to be surprised, but it will be major enough that the rest of the city is going to be aware that stuff is going on in Lupaix, it's going to be all over the news, some as it happens, and some over the following days.
This is meant to shake Lupaix hard, and to bring the characters together.
To that end, I need to get a revised list of what characters will be where and who I need to exclude. Characters being excluded, I'll get with the players individually to make sure we can explain them out.

- Aimee: is mostly dead, in the Phantom Quarter with Colette and Amara.
- Saxton: en route to the city.
- Baron and Rhetta: At the railyard with the Prospects
- Xandre: Looking for Aimee
- Julienne and Ragenard heading to Aimee's apartment to meet up with Xandre.
- Desmond is at home asleep. Chloe at home asleep.
- Jesse: At the Railyard, in the infirmary.
- Draaven: Wherever Draaven disappears to when he isn't around. He will turn up pretty early.
- Bastien: Wrapping up a late night patrol and out on the streets.
- Marcellus: At home asleep.
- Grisham: At home asleep
- Skye: Wrapping up from a concert.
- Broch: Unconscious at the Railyard
- Lark: At home, will head to the Railyard and arrive a bit after six.
- Snow: Stayed the night at the Railyard
Characters to be Excluded
- Re'Altarm: Will be shopping/apartment hunting throughout the day
- Kori: Will be shopping/apartment hunting throughout the day

Ah. The Rusty Nail is in Lupaix, so didn't realize she was avoiding Lupaix outright.
Originally was going to try and pull her in with stuff at the Rusty Nail, but Mach said she can't be there at the same time as Grisham, because of a later scene you guys started. So musing on other options.

Exceptionally Common
She wound up there by mistake, one time. She was running for a workout and ended up going off course. And when she realized where she was she was there.
Other than the flashback and facing the wolf, that's the only scene she's been in.
I want to get her in but she has heavy ptsd and I can't figure out a way to do it. But even though she's been out for 5 years she still has cop instincts and if she sees abnormal gang activity, that's gonna set off her radar.

I have a few questions before my next post if that's ok.
1. Rhetta said she was sending some prospects to the infirmary to help, and I think she did send them. Who is coming and when do they arrive? During my next post? Next round?
2. Is there a general chat the prospects (and literally everyone else) are included in?
3. If there Is because she can't know 100% who is exactly where, Ziessel will create a group chat. Ad the people she KNOWS are there and send a link to the general chat for those she can't be sure about. The group can be called something like "join if at railyard rn or soon, or similar. Inside there is a pinned message that says to state your position+buddy situation asap. Is that okay, open to better alternatives/suggestions.
4. Is Jesse armed/does he have weapons at the infirmary?
5. Is there a place at the railyard where the weapons/gear is? Or does everyone keep their own gear stocked wherever they are staying. And where is it?.
6. Ziessel has at least a gun mentioned before, she probably carries knive/s. But isn't likely to have her own stuff since she just got out of jail (Correct me if I am wrong). What is reasonable for her to have given the situation?

Just so It's uh, clear. I'm still hoping for answers on 2 and 3 because I need to know that to post ^^. I'm gonna take it easy with the pace but still. (Not asking for immediate now now now answers but I wanted to clarify I still have those doubts.)

I think she'd carry a gun and ammo but not a shit ton. Not sure what kind of gun. And 2-3 knives. One bigger knife, maybe with a clip point blade? And two smaller throwable knives. That's what she could have right now. I was thinking she could go stock up somewhere else when the prospects arrive to help Jesse.

The texts that Ragenard sent out and the Rhetta post is the entirety of what has been established so far, so it's pretty much open ended.
Prospects aren't patched in, so they and other non-patch associates wouldn't be privvy to any official pack business channels, but what people want to establish for unofficial pack business group channels is up to them, within reason. For example: I'm sure Liam has tried to get a 'hot babes' group chat going to post random pictures of scantly clad women with motorcycles at one point or another.
There would be ways to have acquired contact information for everyone, but it would be up to Ziessel if she would have prioritized such. Desmond's paperwork wasn't exactly well organized, so depending on what you want, you can lean that in either direction.
