"Except it's gonna be your fucking problem soon!" Mason shouted. His voice echoed throughout the judgement hall, and in reply the song of the annoying dog echoed back.

"That child is going to reach here eventually. They're going to take out every universe unless someone stops them. So, how about you get off your high horse..."

Mason hopped off the top of the Gaster Blaster.

"And help us fight that kid? Otherwise it's game over for everyone."



"No, I can't hold this forever. But I can buy time. I can buy enough time for everyone to escape. If you can't kill, you can't get stronger, so perhaps I can be the last monster you get your hands on. As long as Sans is safe in the end..."

Papyrus looks dejected.

"Hmph. I don't quite understand your little story, and to be honest? I don't think I believe you."

"That's because you need to have proof, right Fell?" A voice came from behind the group as Ink!Sans made his appearance. "Hmph. If it isn't old Ink. I thought I told you never to come back here. Are you too stupid to remember?" "No, I'm not "Too stupid to remember" as you put it. We genuinely need your assistance against Chara. They are rapidly murdering in other Universes and we desperately need your help. Otherwise Underfell is next." "Hmph... Fine. I'll play along, but if I find out you're playing me, I'll fucking end you in an instant."

Then Fell!Sans approached Mason and stared him right in the face, pointing a finger into his face as well.

"So all of this is to protect your little brother? Hm... Hahahaha! Oh that's rich! You'll be willing to sacrifice yourself for just your brother, yet in any other situation, you'd happily watch him die alongside everyone else just so you can have your battle to avenge him, right? Yet what do you REALLY fight for? Your own selfish desire to see your little shit of a brother to stay alive. Hahahaha! You are SO PREDICTABLE!"

"Capiche. So, Ink, how many more Sanses do you think we need to take down Chara? One? Two? Three?"



Papyrus had enough of the child's taunting. By the time Chara finished her sentence, Papyrus lowered his hand. Chara's SOUL turned blue and was forced to the ground, and quickly after the Gaster Blaster fired from above.

Then Papyrus's turn was over.

"Due to how strong she is becoming, we're going to need all of them. Due to the alteration of Underswap, that Sans is going to be the one waiting at Judgement Hall. Papyrus is currently fighting Chara but to no avail, she is about to kill him. We need to quickly unite every Sans together." "Hmph. So this "Chara" kid is murdering everything? Why should I give a fuck?"

"Because if we don't unite like Inky here suggests, the entirety of our Multiverse will be erased. And the reason this is occurring is because of this kiddo right here." "It's not Mason's fault entirely. It's that Annoying Dog. But regardless, we need to hurry."


Unfortunately for Papyrus, Chara was not giving up. Due to the extra level she obtained, she had enough HP to survive the Blue Soul Gaster Blaster Combination.

Chara smashed the FIGHT Button and launched herself towards Papyrus with incredible strength, knife in hand. "DIE!"

"We should probably get Sans from Underswap before he gets knifed. We'll go on from there. Inky, open up a portal. As for nicknames, just so we're not calling everyone Sans, this one's Classic, Ink is Ink, and gold-tooth is Grumpy. Any objections?"



Papyrus brought up a bone to block the damage, but it was no use. The knife tore through him, bones and all. His body began to disintegrate, leaving only his head for one last word.

"Even if you win, there's still hope for Sans..."

And his head soon followed, becoming dust in the wind.

200 EXP. A bit disappointing, honestly.

Beyomd this point, Chara wouldn't find many monsters. A couple stragglers remained, but most of the monsters had already evacuated Snowdin.

"Grumpy? More like, Edge Lord." "Utter one more fucking word, and no one alive will be able to fix whatever I do to you."

Per instruction, Ink!Sans created the portal and everyone jumped into it. What they encountered on the other side was... well.. not what they expected.

They had indeed arrived at the intended location which was the Multiverse Portal area, but what was waiting for them was something else entirely:

"So-so-so-so... You've finally come-come-come. I've been expect-expect-expecting you to return-turn-turn. What do you thin-thin-thin-think you're doing-ing-ing?" It responded. Mason could hear the tone of his voice echoing repeatedly, and very distorted, to the point where he repeats parts of words, or even repeats words entirely.

"Finally. The most annoying pest in this Universe is eliminated. Time to exterminate everything else. HAHAHA! Killing each monster is so much fun! I could literally do this for the rest of my life! And with the power of that Annoying Dog, I can do exactly that! =D"

"I'm trying to keep these worlds from getting massacred. In other words, I'm playing the hero and Chara is the villain. You look like another Sans, am I correct? So, what's your version?"

Mason noticed the multiple placings of the word ERROR on this new Sans's body, and accordingly dubbed him, "Error?"



As if it were responding to its call, the Annoying Dog appeared before Chara, still bearing Mason's necklace.​
 
"Error."

"So you're the one try-try-trying to save these... Alternate-nate-nate Universes-s-s-s. They deserve to perish-ish-ish. They are nothing but corrupted-corrupted-corrupted code, inferior to the original-inal-inal, and must be exterminated-ated-ated." Error!Sans exclaimed. It seemed that while he wasn't on the side of Chara, they had similar goals. "So you're going to stop us? Do you realise the situation you've fucking dug yourself in? It's four-on-one you retard. Do you really believe you can win?!" "On the contrary-rary-rary, I have the upper hand in this situation-tion-tion. For you see. I am very much a Sans like you all, but much different then that-that-that!"

The group would then realised that while they were chatting, they were completely surrounded by Error Blasters already at the ready. As soon as the Sans's were to pull out their own, their mouths opened.

"Ah ah ah ah-ah-ah-ah, no funny business now-now-now. You'd best explain what you were doing, Ink-ink-ink." "Sigh. A human by the name of Frisk went on a Genocide Run in the original Universe, but thanks to Mason's sudden appearance, the one known as Chara completely possessed the human's body and is going on a Universal Erasure Spree." "And why, pray tell-tell-tell, do you think that I should help-help-help you in something I support-port-port?"


"Hmm?" Chara responded as she spotted the Annoying Dog as if it responded to her mentioning of him. On closer inspection, it would indeed appear that it was barring Mason's Necklace. "Interesting~ So this little accessory is what allowed that boy to travel? And why prey tell did you appear before me?"

"Because you're wrong if you support the destruction of everything. The multiverse deserves to live, corrupted or not. If anyone's corrupted, it has to be you."

"You don't get to choose who lives or dies. Chara doesn't either! If you bring destruction upon everything, then your world is gonna be pretty lonely."

"What are you gonna do when nothing is left? Without something else out there to explore..."

"You'll be forced to face all your sins. They'll start crawling down your back, because they'll be the only thing left. And you'll want to move on, go forward, try something else to escape them. But if you kill everything now, you won't be able to move forward."

Mason could almost be seen holding back tears. The light of his aura glowed around his soul as he spoke, and it quickly dampened as he finished his speech. Wiping away the tears that weren't in his eyes, he said, "So help us save these worlds. Give them a chance to live before you tear them apart."

Unable to respond in any other way, the Annoying Dog replied in a few short, musical barks before darting off again. However, this time the Dog left behind both a trail of doggish residue and the necklace where it once stood.

There it was, free for the taking, if Chara wished to pick it up.

You hear a soft voice echo from within your SOUL.
"Hello? Can you hear me? Please tell I'm not going to be alone in here again."

"Hmm-hmm-hmm." Error!Sans exclaimed for a moment, thinking to himself. Then all of a sudden, he retracted his Error Blasters for a split second before returning them back to their positions.

"Nope. Not going to ha-ha-happen. You will all perish right-ight-ight here! Ahahaha-hahaha-hahaha-hahahahahaha!"


He then opened fire on the entire party! This caused Fell!Sans and Classic!Sans to quickly pull their own blasters and power back the Error's. "This punk is in our way right? Time for me to have a Great Time. You with me, Bonehead?"

"Lady Luck doesn't very often smile on me. With my luck, Chara's already gotten stronger."

Mason rushed into the battle, firing off another weblike bullet from his aura-made gun, hoping to snare Error's soul and give the other two an easier shot.



The voice paused a moment to think before replying.

"Hm? My name's Macy, but I don't really want to die. I've already done that once, and I have to say that it isn't really pleasant. Trying to kill me again would be kinda pointless."

"Chara, do you hear her as well?" Frisk asked.

"Oh! You're not alone inside your soul! Hello, what's your name?"

They replied, "I'm Frisk. Are you... inside Mason's locket?"

"Well, it's not his to begin with. It's supposed to be my gift. Mason's not very good at sharing. Is he?"

"And this is supposed to be my body, but Chara has taken over. She's not good at sharing either."

Macy laughed in response.

"Understood. I'll bring them as quick as I can. Keep Error distracted for as long as you can, you three, he's not exactly your average Sans so be careful."

"Got it, Ink. Come on, Edgy. Let's show this Sans how it's done." "Like I need you to tell me twice, Classic."

Error!Sans initially took the shot from Mason but instead of having the intended affect, something else happened... It did work, but it also... didn't? The purple lines are just covered in "Error" messages all over the place.

"Ahahahah-hahahahah-hahahaha! Did you really think-ink-ink that changing my soul type would benefit-fit-fit-fit you?" As he was distracted, Fell!Sans spawned 5 Fell Blasters and shot his back, causing him to fall to the ground. "No, but it did give me the element of surprise, you fucking idiot."

"Ah, but that almost did nothing-thing-thing to stop me. You clearly have never-never-never met the Error-ror-ror have you?" "What is that supposed to fucking me---" Fell!Sans would soon suffer from one of Error!Sans's attacks as he proceeded to launch many strings from his fingers and entrap him!

"Hey! Fucking let go of me!"

"Ugh... This is already irritating..." Chara exclaimed, clearly already becoming annoyed with the chatter in her SOUL.

"Alright, since it's evident that you're stuck in this Locket, you might as well indulge me on this Mason character. Start off by telling me why he thought coming here during the middle of a Genocide Run was such a good idea?" She asked as she continued walking through the lifeless Snowdin Forest.

"H-Huh? What are you... Edgy! Don't worry, I'll get you free!"



Macy laughed once again.

"That's funny! Mason doesn't have a choice in where he goes. He doesn't even know how to make portals!"



Mason channeled the rest of the MP that the save point allowed him to create one last item: a pair of scissors, larger than his head. Wielding these scissors, Mason lunged at the strings Error made.



"Oh, I hope that wasn't rude of me to say," Macy said, sounding somber.

"But without this locket, Mason's aura is pretty weak. I spent a good amount of time training my powers when I was alive. Mason sort of... jumped in blindly. I've been helping him along as best as I can."

"Without either myself or Oracle there to boost up his powers, Mason's aura is quite weak."



The moment the scissors clamped down on the strings, their blades shattered like glass. The sound cut through the air, quickly followed by sound familiar to the fallen human. What was left of the handles puffed into smoke. The shards turned to dust and blew away in the wind.

Mason stared, dumbfounded, at the sight.



"Whenever he has needed to cross between worlds, either myself or Oracle have been the ones to open the way. So, Mason didn't decide to come here. I did. I took Mason off the path he was supposed to go because I saw a world that was in much more pain."

"And I don't want to leave that pain alone. If I can, I want to heal it. I'm sure, if we worked together, we could heal this world's pain... and heal this world's heart."

"That is... if we're even in the same world. I kinda passed out after bringing Mason here. Multiverse travel is very, very tiring. When I woke up, some dog was wearing the necklace and kept using Oracle's power to make portals. Now she's the one out of energy."

"You're a bit of a chatterbox, Macy," Frisk noted.

"You're not the first person to mention that."



Mason began to panic. He tried to force a smile, but sweat was pouring down his face.

In desparation, he drew his gun and fired. However, the bullets merely fizzled out before even reaching Error. Shortly after, the gun faded into dust as well. He drew his sword again, but it was already halfway disintegrated as well.

With no other options and no more MP, Mason had one last idea.

"Damn it," he said, as he threw a punch at Error's face.

"You better try, human, or I swear to god, I will kick your fucking ass so hard, you won't be able to sit again!" "You'll get to have your fun-fun-fun, Underfell Sans. I'll force you to-to-to obey."

As Error!Sans said that, the strings began to move Fell!Sans's arm out as if to call out a Fell Blaster and successfully summoned one, causing it to fire towards Mason!


"So you don't even belong here. Interesting." Chara exclaimed with a smirk on her face as she continued walking through Snowdin Forest. "Perhaps you actually may be of use to me~ In more ways than one. Hahahaha! Perhaps you can aid me in my desire to erase everything! =D"

Mason quickly tried to dodge the Fell Blaster, but still ended up being nicked just barely by the beam. It didn't do much damage, but it still hurt.

"I'm doing the best I can, Edgy. But... maybe you can help me out."

Unable to cut the strings, Mason grabbed hold of them and tugged as hard as he could, hoping to move Fell!Sans in the same way to aim back at Error.

"No. No thank you. We're not gonna be erasing everything. I like everything too much."

"How can I help you out? In-case you're too stupid to realise, I'm restrained by fucking strings!" Fell!Sans responded as the strings continued to manipulate his attacks, this time sending a wave of Red Bones towards Mason alongside Fell Blasters!


"Oh? There seems to be a misunderstanding..." Chara then began to ooze out some kind of black substance out of her eyes and shot a menacing smile that Frisk and Macy would sure be able to see

"Sorry! I waa trying to do something cool! Looks like those strings are pretty complicated," Mason said as he dodged Fell's attacks.

"Hey, Error, if you're ao eager to destroy all these universes, why are you puppeting them around? Seems like a waste of time. Do you really want them gone?"



Macy screamed a very high-pitched, feminine scream at the sight of that face.

"I... I've never been in control... b-b-but I'm not gonna l-let you use m-me to... to kill and... and destroy."

"If you want to kill that much, your heart must be as black as that stuff in your eyes. But... if you open up your heart, I can make things better again."

"Of course I do-do-do-do. But of course, I must crush-ush-ush all opposition-tion-tion first." Error!Sans exclaimed as he proceeded to continue manipulating Fell!Sans while also summoning his own Error Blasters against the group!


"Oh please. Mercy won't do anything anymore =D" Chara exclaimed by demonstrating this in front of a Monster that apparently did not evacuate. She slaughtered it in one slice and proceeded to walk across it's dust remains while continuing her crusade. "Why don't you ask your little friend Frisk here about why Mercy is no longer applicable. They're the ones who taught me that Mercy is nothing but a joke."

"It's true," Frisk lamented, "it's my fault Chara is this way. I've gone through the same journey through the Underground so many times. I couldn't escape it. So, after being a pacifist all those times..."

"You felt you had to kill? Frisk, I can feel a lot of pain in your heart coming from this. You know what's right and wrong. If you could go back and do it all again, would you still kill?"

"Doing everything all over again is wjat led me there in the first place."

"What if I brought you to a new world? Maybe you'd find peace and no longer be trapped in this loop."

"..."

"Chara, I want to make a deal. Let Frisk drive. Let them be in control, and I'll open up a portal to a new world."

"Don't you worry. We'll bust you out of this situation." Came a voice out of nowhere as a portal opened behind the group. Ink!Sans emerged from it and greeted the group. "Glad to see things are under control... slightly."

He's successfully killed Chara with the aid of Frisk and has experience fighting her. We'll be able to defeat her guaranteed with him." "More abominations-tions-tions-tions. You all need to be erased-erased-erased from existence!-ence!-ence!!"

"Sounds like you need to get dunked on, buddy. Alright."

Glitch!Sans proceeded to spawn various Gaster Blasters and Bones at the same time and launched them straight towards Error!Sans and successfully managed to make him let go of Fell!Sans.

"About fucking time." "Hey, what's the deal with Edgy over here?" "Utter one more word and I'll fucking murder you."


"Hmm. How about... No." Chara responded simply to Macy's question as she continued walking through Snowdin Forest, now inside of Snowdin itself. Macy could feel the ominous feeling of an empty area, almost as if a soundtrack was playing in the background...


"Seems it's already empty. And I haven't had to begin mass genocide here. That Papyrus... warning everyone early~ How cute. But they can't hide forever =D"
