rp for me and geniusinmath

alright! ima start putting more detail into my posts now but do you want me to stick to as canon as possible because canon from this point will contain spoilers but going semi canon doesnt, however canon i feel will have alot more...emotion to it ig?)
 
(alright! im gonna go for more canon just be prepared for spoilers since its basically going to be exactly like encanto)

it was the day of the gift ceremony. everything seemed very chaotic as everyone was finishing last minute preparations. the ceremony was scheduled for later on that night. there was a ton of pressure on the whole family. it was the first gift ceremony since Mirabel's, the first one since Mirabel's failed one that is. they had to prove the magic was still strong, that everything was alright.

Mirabel had woken up early that morning before quickly grabbing her dress tugging it away from the sewing machine where it had lied since last night when she had stayed up late adding details to the never ending designs on the skirt that seemed to lessen towards the top if her shirt where the main attention grabber was the pink butterfly was placed closer to her left shoulder. she dug through the nursery's wardrobe tossing a few things behind her as casitas floor tiles moved a basket resting on the ground to catch the unwanted clothing. she then grabs a small bag that she had also decorated swinging it over her shoulder and tugging a loose thread from her skirt.
 
Gwen wakes up and puts on her clothes and sees if she needs a belt with it. She then made up her bed.
 
mirabel sighs softly "make your family proud" she mutters softly to herself. she reaches out and grabs the door nob of the nursery door and tugging on it firmly. she quickly ran through the hallway. she grabs the stair railing giving a slight tug that caused her to turn towards the stairs as she quickly jumps onto them with a sliding motion and casita collapses the stairs into a ramp so she can slide down them.

she walked past her mother juileta who had been preparing breakfast for the family along with food for the rest of the village. "morning mama!" mirabel smiles softly before going to the dining room. a hutch containing plates that had all the family members names on them tilts spilling them out onto the table as mirabel catches them and begins to set the table


(basically so my plan is to just have gwen kinda tag along with mirabel during the events of the movie because shes the main character of encanto)
 
"no its alright ^^" she says softly before leaving. she goes over to isabelas room. she just walked in not knocking lol. "mirabel. if you dont leave. right. n- oh lola hi" isabela stops once she sees dolores. "hey isa gwen needs your help" dolores says "alright ill go help her out" isabela heads to the nursery "whatcha need?"
 
Gwen said, "I have a My Little Pony buckle down seat belt, a green web belt, a gait belt, and bunches more. Also, I am not very good at fashion."
Gwen shows all the belts she has.
 
(She was wearing a pink jumper knee-length dress, white tights and black Mary Jane shoes with a golden buckle on each shoe.)
