Techniques are not primitive. Technology really isn't primitive either, just don't have resources, time, and ability to forge so many ships with metals and things. Doesn't mean things won't be retrofitted as it goes forward.Ecchi still have 800000 active military and 500000 reserve with a 5.5 mil population. Should be fine though, if the technology and techniques is relatively primitive to make up for the great numbers.
Training doesn't differ, just the frequency differs. Idk, I can't be arsed to go into that much detail. I don't have the time to spend hours fleshing stuff out like you do in your CS. lol My country is high elves, so they use bows. Skilled in everything with a bow. Close quarters combat, long range, hand to hand. Equipment is made as such. They also have the ability to aim very well.@Iamtheecchiking
How advanced are your ground forces if I may ask? Like in terms of command, equipment and training. Also how often does a Reserve spent training compared to an active soldier? You also might want to put in commonly used weapons, and soldier types.
I'll start from the next event then, since it didn't really effect much.I was just about to post, actually. But first, need to know: should we do the next events before Ecchi starts? If I do, @Iamtheecchiking : You can disregard the earthquakes from the OP as not really affecting you. Just respond to the latest events, if you want.

Command doesn't differ, and if the reserves are called in, they will be under command of Fulltime military officials. Equipment is standard.
Crap. I feel stupid now.Are you trying to spell Drought? You spelled Draught.
