Bug Unable to Connect Discord Account

When I try to connect my Discord account, it opens a new tab but then gives an error that says "Invalid OAuth2 redirect_uri". I've disabled all extensions and tried it in a private window too, with no luck. I'm in the Discord, but can't see any channels apart from a handful that I can't post in. @Katpride is also having the same issue.

I am sorry you're encountering a bug in the Discord account connection process and thank you for bringing it to my attention. I'm fairly sure I know what needs fixing, but it may take me a bit. In the meantime, I have added you and Kat manually to the right role. I'll let you know when the Discord account system is fixed so your account can be connected so things like log in with Discord and things that sync across work as they should.

I have fixed the Discord connected accounts system and you should now be able to connect your account as normal too.
 
I was able to connect my account to Discord, and it seems to be working now. Thank you!!
