Whose Your Favourite Fictional Character?

It changes pretty regularly, but I really love Jaskier from the Witcher universe. Because I am really into poetry and song and taking life easy!
Or maybe it’s Loki, like the Norse hood from the myths. Not so much from marvel universe. Although I like almost every interpretation of him. He is also sharp witted and an excellent speaker. He knows how to get what he wants without being a great worrier or hurt people. He fights with his wit!

Thank the gods someone knows the difference! Lol, fun fact: Hela was actually Loki's daughter, and he is actually Odin's adopted brother, not Thor's.

My new favorite character is Thomas Shelby from Peaky Blinders. He is a very intense character with a lot of facets. You see his gentle and loving side but he'll turn on you on a dime and he trusts no one, even the people you think he trusts. He's fantastic.

In the Sci fi world I'll pick The doctor (doctor who)
In the HP series I pick Tonks and Bellatrix
Overall I think Tonks wins, she reminds me of myself in a way

That's a hard question. There severally that I love but I think my favorite is Acheron Parthenopaeus.

My favorite character in a tv show would be Dean Winchester from “Supernatural.” He’s funny, a warrior, says what he thinks, and deep down he has a good heart.

My favorite fictional character in a novel is Nick Andros in the book The Stand by Stephen King. He can’t hear or speak, but still manages to be one of the heroes of the story.

For myself, it's Abby from the last of us 2. Mel from the last of us 2 comes after a little, Abby's growth over their game and three days is intensely impactful. The growth of the time and to see where her relationship is founded with found family with Lev and Yara who are just some of the best characters as well. Abby and her story are going to be my favourite character/story ever, it is very heartfelt and tragic sometimes.

I love Bucky Barnes. I think he's an incredibly compelling and complex character. (The fact that he's attractive is a plus. XD) He has such an interesting character arc and it's really an emotional roller coaster.

My favorite is from a rather obscure mobile game. His name is Victor Li, and I could gush about him all day long. He has the power of time control, which he uses to search thousands of years for a reality in which the woman he loves doesn't have to die. He's the definition of selfless and a safe harbor, emotionally mature, and basically a God by the end of the series. But he's also tender and gentle, despite his cold exterior.

Favorite fictional character...that's a tough one.


Tho at present, I'd have to give the title to Byleth. Probably for how similar it is to an aesthetic I've conceptualized for a nerd of mine. That and because she's a badass with a sword.

OUGHHH, several. It's hard to choose just one. I love Hiccup Haddock (from the movies, I've never read the books).

I also, more recently, really love Cloud Strife. I started playing the original FFVII a few months ago. I still need to finish it, but I love this lil blond spikey guy. There are so many interesting things about him as a protagonist, and his dialogue is really funny too.

I like Jude Duarte, who is a character from a YA book series. I don't dislike YA, but I had a run in with multiple books which were, in my opinion, pretty bad. Never -- I mean NEVER -- listen to TikTok for book recommendations, especially if a book is overwhelmingly popular on that platform. However, I read The Cruel Prince and was surprised by how much I liked it. The Cruel Prince is definitely written like YA, but I like the series a lot. Some people have their gripes about the morality in the book, as virtually every character has done some pretty awful things, but that's also sort of the point. It takes place in a fae realm where the rules are different from the mortal world. Jude, despite being human, grew up in Faerie, and has more or less adopted a lot of fae characteristics herself. Violent, deceitful, and power-hungry. And I love her for that.

I like Amy Dunne. Not because I look up to her or anything, but because she's genuinely terrifying in the Gone Girl movie, and pretty horrible, yet I can't help rooting for her. Amy Dunne in the book is fairly different since we actually get to see more of her thoughts. The movie gives Amy a sort of mystique since we can't tell what's going on in her head. I like book Amy there because she's kind of insufferable -- much like nearly every other character in Gone Girl. Obnoxiously self-obsessed.
