"What?!" Elliot exclaimed. "I should go... I deserve to go!" He balled his fists angrily, before promptly realizing that this was the last thing to get him to go meet anyone. He sighed and looked away, choosing to shut up for now.
"Sounds like you're voting against those two," she said. Burnham realized more than ever now how this group was far from a united one. It added to their claims, but she still just could not be sure.
Sheila, Emily, Gakupo, and Zero Two seemed to be the final decision.

He looks over at the group preparing to join the discussions, analyzing them under his vocal processors.
"Politic experience probably, a bit too young to dabble in this, doesn't seem to be versed but sane enough, looks like she will doom us all with antics... well, at least these Gakupo & Mrs The Monarch people will carry the brunt of the team."

Thinking things over, Emily nodded... Seeming to agree with the final choice, although Elliot didn't seem too happy about it. Regardless, she decided she would at least try and mediate the situation, so he wouldn't feel too left out despite not going to the bridge.
"If you want, I can try to put a word in for you. Is there anything in particular you want to ask the Captain?" She said, after thinking for a moment.
It was the least she could do, as she wasn't sure where Elliot and the others were going to be taken, although it was more than likely they were going to be kept in the Hangar for a while longer while the conversed with the Captain and all.

He didn't exactly remember her name either, if he'd even been given it.
Though as Burnham made her threat, he didn't seem to react at all. There wasn't even an effort from him to get himself to be one of the ones heading to the captain. It almost looked as though he'd lost interest in the whole debacle. Whether this was confidence or negligence had yet to be seen.
