Steve let out an amused snort. "Is that so?" he said to Peter. "To be fair, you definitely look like a guy who's been through a couple of scrapes. If I hadn't had the advantageous position, the encounter might have gone a whole lot different."

James looked blankly at the kitchen around him. "Well, there's food in the cooler, or you can cook. Don't know anything about a synthesizer. Do you... not know how to cook?"

Out of the corner of his eye, James saw Gakupo heading to a closed door nearby and held out his hand. "Woah there, hold up, you can't go in there right now."

He took a step toward the android, looking a little on edge. Heading in any way wasn't up for debate. After a moment, he looked to Titus. "I-- Well, yeah, it's not the kind of situation I haven't faced before. The Commander was counting on me and I couldn't let her down. I saw her on those vids all the time, being so..." He cleared his throat. "It was something."

He relaxed a little and moved to lean against the counter. "So, what's the deal with you guys? I get that you're all from different universes, but half of you look like soldiers while the rest are just a bunch of kids. Really weird combo, don't you think?"

Titus responded with a respectful nod. "I understand. A commander, mentor - all the same. Honorable and admirable in every right. It's best the fight ended when it did, else we would've fought for awhile." For all that was different between a giant supersoldier and a simple marine, Titus could relate to the sentiment greatly. Before his time as a Captain, he could remember doing everything he could to impress his own superiors - the previous captain of the 2nd Company, who was Titus' mentor and greatest ally. Space Marines are meant to be beyond the human desire for validation, but a soldier takes no expense in proving something. Either to themselves, their battle-brothers, or their superiors.

Titus nodded at his following comment, glancing over at Gumi for a second and sighing. "It's strange, yes. It hasn't made keeping the squad as a cohesive unit any easier. Emperor preserve us, if we come across another horde of mutants. . ."

"Psh, I don't need to cook! I don't even need to eat! Everything I eat or drink goes into a tiny compartment in my gut that I clean out. Do you wanna see?"

Krystal was also in the infirmary, a patient there. What had happened to her? She had been injured badly... but how she couldn't recollect. The Last thing she remembered was talking to Vert, and then all of a sudden next thing she could remember was her injured and in the infirmary. "What... happened..." was all she could mutter.

Marching to behind Emily towards the infirmary, Doctor Mrs. Steamed woth anger as she watched Elloit. Grumimg, she turned to Emily, still angry. Her words dry and a matter of fact.

He picks up on conversation going around the infirmary.

"I have to agree with you over there, Missus," Starscream says to Dr Mrs, "while it is true that he has indeed aided us, he did so after wreckless trial and error that nearly sucked four of us into what I assume is a black hole. I want to say that we should look over him before judgement, seeing that he is able to make good contributions to our team, but how are we not certain that he will bring us more harm than good in the long run?"

Peter would have normally taken the time to flirt, but he didn't really feel it was a good idea to do that now. " Well, not exactly. I was exposed to space since I was about eight and my dad was a living planet. I still have some remains of the power I had there, but it's sporadic at best. Celestial is I believe what he called himself."

Quill ignored the amused snort and looked over at him. " I have been in a few fights, both from the law and in the bar. Probably biggest was containing the energy of a very big rock that could have killed me. That may be true, but we will never know."

Rin came into the infirmary as well, intending to explain things to Krystal, but stopped when she noticed the argument currently. She was on the middle really about the killing him situation. Sure, he nearly killed people and was a prick, but didn’t some youths have some phase where they act anti-social, but then grow out of it?
“Aww, Really? Shouldn’t we give Elliot one more chance, he’s on our side after all, and a good fighter at that! Sure, some kids are just born killers and jerks, but sti-Are you kidding me?”
Upon seeing Starscream make his argument, she glared at him, and crossed her arms. She said my thoughts even more louder.
“What I’m saying is if he can’t be saved, it’s best to kill him. But it’s too early for that! So can you put that arm blaster thing away, mister robot? Thank you..”

"Well you found her." From a door adjacent to the crew quarters a blue skinned alien walked out with fascination in her face.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't at the meeting. I had some research that kept me occupied." An orange gauntlet materialized on her arm as she started to fiddle with it. "Fascinating..." She played around with the device for a moment before realizing that people were watching her. "Oh sorry...new information and all that. Apologize, I'm Liara T'Soni what can I help you with?"​

Liara winced a bit when she saw the hole, even if he was just a robot. "Yes, that certainly seems like it could cause discomfort, but I believe I have a solution." Using that orange construct on her arm Liara proceeded to use it to remove some sort of paste that she filled the whole with and then tinkering with her device it didn't take long for Gakupo's leg to look good as new.

"While you can't use it to open lock anymore. Omni-gel works on pretty much anything else," Liara replied with a friendly smile. "Does everything feel alright?"​

In the crew quarters, there was a modest kitchen, a seating area, and an alcove that led to where the crew slept. James Vega was here, looking annoyed in the kitchen area.

Story Update
"Boarding the Normandy"

With the combined efforts of Vader and Emily, the hole in the ship was sealed, though the cargo bay was left in complete disarray

"The goal was to scare you off," Shepard explained, "but things seem a lot more complicated than we believed." She gestured to Steve. "This is Steve Cortez."

Steve nodded at the others but soon noticed Vega groaning as he got to his feet. "Ah, James..." Steve walked over to his friend and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You all right?"

"Hm." James grunted and shrugged Steve off. "Yeah, I'm good."

"Good job on the hole," Shepard said. She nodded her head and walked over toward Meceliss. "All right, it's time to arrange some talks so we can all be on the same page."

Shepard wrangled the situation, using the commlink between Meceliss and Mizelia to communicate to both the Enterprise and the Discovery. She requested that representatives from each ship come on board the Normandy to help alleviate the situation. As well, she requested that the beings from "other universes" come aboard as well. She offered to send a shuttle for those that needed it, but with the communications link established, the Discovery was able to lock in the Normandy's coordinates and beam everyone on to the ship.

From the Discovery came Burnham and Stamets, while Kirk and Spock joined from the Enterprise. Considering the ongoing situation, the Discovery outfitted their guests with communicators to their clothing so that they could speak with the bridge crew whenever they wished.

She gathered everyone, including her most trusted crew, to the War Room so that everything could be laid out on the table.

"... So," Shepard began, after hearing the exhaustive accounts, "you're saying you can't use this 'spore drive' technology again, because the network it runs on doesn't exist in our universe?"

"That is correct," Burnham said. "So, our situation is more dire now than ever. We have a large number of displaced individuals with no means of returning them where they came from."

"And I can't say it helped to have been fired upon," Stamets quipped.

James grimaced. "Hey, the commander already told you. You could have been anything and we were firing warning shots. If we had shot to kill, both of your ships would have been destroyed!"

"An illogical statement based on conjecture," Spock cut in for a moment, turning his gaze to Vega. "Without knowing each other's full capabilities, the battle could have gone either way had we all not managed to cease the battle, though considering you were technically outnumbered by a notable margin, it would be more--"

"Spock. Now's... not the time," Kirk interrupted, clearing his throat to get back on track.

Stamets shrugged at this while Burnham waited patiently. "... We understand your position," she said. "We are just thankful we managed to eventually establish communications."

"It is very interesting," said a lithe, female robot named EDI. "That it was so hard to set up a line of communication speaks to the disparity in our various technologies. I could learn much from studying your ships, if only there were not more dire matters at hand."

"She's right," said Shepard with a small sigh. "I'm afraid we're currently at war, so our resources are limited." She looked to EDI. "Have you heard back from Kaidan or Samantha?"

"Negative, commander. We have heard no word from the Citadel."

"Just as well..." She looked back to Burnham. "Considering the possible ramifications of your own situation, we will put our mission on hold to at least get you back on track. After that is done, I am afraid we'll have to return to duty. In the meantime..." She looked around at everyone. "EDI and I will stay here with these officers to discuss what could possibly be done to get you back home. You are welcome to explore the ship at your leisure, which is a courtesy for the hard time we have given you."

"Very generous indeed, Commander," the Captain of the Enterprise said on behalf of the displaced group, "I'm confident that as long as we work together, we'll certainly be able to think of something. Shall we, then?"

"Hmph." James stalked off, not one for this kind of work.

What seemed the most interesting places to explore were the cargo bay, where repairs were being done after the fighting, the infirmary, where Elliot was currently being held, and the crew quarters where both rest and food could be found.

"Hmm..." Vert responded as she indeed beamed to the Normandy after all the fighting was done. After listening to everyone in the War Room, she had a conundrum on whether to explore the ship or to stay in the War Room.

"It was such a shame that your communications could not pick up our open frequency. I was hoping I could help resolve this peacefully instead of fighting but it seemed you took us as too hostile... Ahem. Now that all the tension has dropped, I don't think we've met, have we? My name is Vert, it's a pleasure to meet everyone here, although I had hoped it'd be under better circumstances." She responded, bowing to the Commander and co before composing herself. "I had tried to talk to whoever controls your communications in order to resolve the situation, sometimes peace goes a long way before fighting. Anyways... I think I shall take the opportunity to explore the ship. I hope things can remain peaceful, it's a definite change from situations in my world~" And with that, Vert bowed once again before walking out of the War Room, taking a look around. In the end, she decided to visit the Crew Quarters to hopefully get some kind of break without something bad happening.

James looked blankly at the kitchen around him. "Well, there's food in the cooler, or you can cook. Don't know anything about a synthesizer. Do you... not know how to cook?"

Out of the corner of his eye, James saw Gakupo heading to a closed door nearby and held out his hand. "Woah there, hold up, you can't go in there right now."

He took a step toward the android, looking a little on edge. Heading in any way wasn't up for debate. After a moment, he looked to Titus. "I-- Well, yeah, it's not the kind of situation I haven't faced before. The Commander was counting on me and I couldn't let her down. I saw her on those vids all the time, being so..." He cleared his throat. "It was something."

He relaxed a little and moved to lean against the counter. "So, what's the deal with you guys? I get that you're all from different universes, but half of you look like soldiers while the rest are just a bunch of kids. Really weird combo, don't you think?"

Vert overheard someone's statement about the group, and decided to step in as she made her way into the central room of the Crew Quarters.

"Then perhaps, if one were to take a gander in this direction, would your statement about us being a bunch of kids perhaps change?~"

Nathan stayed silent, the talk of killing Elliot not rubbing him well.

To be honest, Elliot and himself were not that different. I mean Nathan didn't have any powers, but they shared a temper and attitude.

Elliot didn't deserve to die, as much as he pissed Nathan off.

"Touch him and I'll beat the shit out of you," he glared at Starscream and Sheila.

"Starscream, put the blaster down. Please?"

Shelia sighed. Her masculine voice grumbled as looked at the rest of the group.

"I'm not gonne be unreasonable. If you all want him alive, fine. I'm okay to let him have one last chance"

However, a long paused sat before she spoke again.

"But if he screws up one more time? He'll be deader than disco."

Puzzled, Shelia rolled her eyes at the boy.

"You really think you can beat Starscream? I mean, I'm a girl, so I get why you think you can kick my ass. But Starscream?"

Hearing Krystal's words, once again, Shelia rolled her eyes.

"Honey, who am I to say? I've been trying to keep everyone here safe since Vader got all "choke happy" when we first met! My whole goals since jump street is getting everyone home! You think I want to kill Elliot? No! But if he's gonna hinder me from getting home to my husband? He's gotta go."​
