Ancient Forest (1X1)

She nods at his words, smiling softly. "Agreed." She says.

She hoped though that maybe when she went to town she could get some answers. Not just for her but for him as well.

He smiled as he started walking away, figuring it'd be best to return to her when she needed something. Hovering over her would get awkward quickly.

She watches him walk away for a moment then she turns and heads into the hut. It was a beautiful little structure and it felt comfortable to her.

She moves to the sleeping bag and sits down. Her fingers twiddle with the pendant as she thinks about what he had said.

Some time later, Green approached the doorway of her hut and knocked on the side, as if he were knocking on a door. "Hey, is this a bad time?"

Sarah had been sitting quietly, lost to her thoughts for a moment when there was a knock. She blinks a bit then smiles to him. "Not at all. What's up?"

He took a deep breath and took a couple steps into the hut. "I... I was thinking about that whole thing with me attacking you earlier.. I'm not gonna get all sappy about it, but I know I was being greedy when I did that, especially after you had already been spared once. But I suppose, now that you know about this whole legend about your bloodline, there's not much more need to be greedy."

She regards him quietly a moment then says. "It's not greedy if you were doing to to survive...." She shakes her head a bit. Then tilts her head. "Are you needing to feed?"

"Well, I wasn't thinking about that at the moment, but..." He trailed off, though he seemed very tempted now that, at least in his mind, she had offered.

"I was just trying to apologize. Even if it may seem like I had nothing to apologize for... And for once, I can say I decided to do this of my own will. Maybe I'm just doing it so I don't have to feel guilty later, I don't know. But something about it just felt right."

She smiles softly to him and let herself relax. "I appreciate it." She nods to the spot next to her on the floor. "I can feed you."

He seemed a little embarrassed now, not knowing why she had asked him for his reasonings. But he sat down next to her and took a deep breath to calm his nerves, never wanting to be seen as weak.

She looks at him, smiling gently. " it's okay." She says, tilting her head now so she could expose her neck to him. She closes her eyes.

He gently grabs her shoulder, mostly to hold himself up, then bites into her neck. He attempts to be gentle, but it seemed he did want the energy, as much as she'd let him have.

She kept her eyes closed as he fed on her. She tried to keep still as well. The pendant reacted as it had before, letting it protect her.

After a while the pendant gave her the signal it was time and she let Green know.

Even though he seemed hesitant to, he pulled away and licked his lips as he did. He seemed to enjoy feeding, not just from her but in general.

She shivers a little as she felt suddenly cold. She ignores it and gently touched her neck as she leans against the wall of the hut. The pendant glowed softly for a moment before slowly fading.

He tilts his head and seems a little concerned. "Hey, are you alright?" He didn't know why she was leaning against the wall, but he feared it had something to do with him, what he just did.

She blinks a little and looks to him. "I'm okay. Just tired. I got like this after Red fed from me as well. Might just have to do with the blood loss. I'm okay. Just tired. " She smiles reassuringly to him.

He nods and sat back some. "Well, hopefully it doesn't happen all the time. We can't have you getting dizzy every time we have to feed from you, could lead to trouble."
