Back to mostly-normal, I think. Thanks to all of you for your patience. Post's up - assume you can have any sort of basic camping-store-type gear you want, and if you want anything special, just ask here or on discord. Keep in mind that your character's gotta carry everything they bring.

I usually go for this on Mondays, but my next Monday is probably going to be pretty busy, so I will be posting for the next round on Tuesday. I will be taking the crew through the portal, so if anyone has anything they want to do before that point, make sure it's done before then.
Also! Just to keep things moving, once I post going-into-the-portal, anyone who hasn't posted in either the round directly before we went into the portal (the current round) or the round directly after we went into the portal (next week's round) is going to be assumed to be staying behind for this one.
That doesn't mean you won't be able to write your character again ever, you will be more than welcome to join us when we get back out and for future journeys, but in order to keep some plot cohesion, we won't be playing the "is that character with us or not?" game with portal escapades, so plan accordingly!

Okay, so you guys probably already noticed / read the latest post! While you're thinking about how you want to respond, I want you to consider the following information(?)
If it's prefaced by just one name, then only that character is aware of it. If it's prefaced by everyone/no one, I think you know what to do, if it's prefaced by "any one" it means ideally some but not all, unspecified as to who. I think y'all can handle OC knowledge without overstepping on characters, this group's solid and I'm not worried.
So that said:
Emil: The voices are really, really emphatic that you should avoid the lights.
No one sees anything that you would call lights. Not even anything close. Huh. How about that.
Doll: Yes, it's a G. You can successfully hum the note, quietly, as well as the B and D that make up the rest of the G major chord. Simultaneously. Even if you didn't mean to.
Henry (once aiborne, from above): Volt, you know how there's those sentences where if you emphasize a different word each reading, the meaning changes, like "I didn't shoot him"? Okay. Great. I want you to consider the phrase: "Those shrubs are not moving."
