Information Erasure - B
The removal of information regarding the Servant's True Name, abilities, and appearance from the records and memories of all eye witnesses, including the opponent, following the conclusion of an engagement. This effect is enforced even if the battle took place in broad daylight or was recorded by devices such as digital recordings of a closed-circuit camera. However, evidence of the engagement is not removed from the scene, and by way of logical deduction, the Servant's identity may be revealed by examining those evidence.

The capability of surgical repair with use of a bloodstained scalpel.
Despite the technique being 120 years old, and somewhat unreliable by visual appearance alone, the procedures manage to attain their intended effect, boosted somewhat with application of Magical Energy. (The victims of Jack the Ripper were found with their organs removed in such a way as to require anatomical knowledge or skill with dissection.)

Mental Pollution - C
Makes it possible to shut out any mental interference Thaumaturgy due to possessing a distorted mentality. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible to come to an understanding with individuals that do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.
In the condition that the Servant's master is of the Evil alignment, or perpetrates acts of cruelty against her, her Mental Pollution will increase in rank, further increasing the chances of blocking magecraft. However, as the Servant's psyche is inherently broken, this may result in irreversible corruption.
Likewise, it is possible for this skill to be removed if the Master is of a more Good alignment, seeing that Jack the Ripper as summoned by the more morally-sound pure-hearted justice-seeking protagonist of Fate/Grand Order does not possess this skill.

As stated in her history, Jack is made from the souls of tens of thousands of abortions. When she is cut, she will not bleed an agonizing red, but rather, release a black liquid that is, in reality, these very souls. These souls can materialise into child-shaped wraiths or black phantom fetuses with fully-grown teeth, and possibly possess others. For balancing purposes, the possession ability will be used within reason, or possibly not be used at all.

She can identify people by smell to some extent, evidenced when she sniffs Mordred aka Saber of Red and comes to the conclusion that she was a woman. This event also occured when the Mist was activated, which shows that she is immune to the toxins of her own mist, as well as phenomenom similiar in nature to it such as factory exhaust, and she can even smell through her own mist.

Her default weapons consist of four butcher knives, alongside a wide variety of daggers in her pockets. As mentioned, she does possess a lantern, that while can be used as an actual lantern, is mainly used to activate one of her Noble Phantasms, The Mist.​

Sometime between Volumes 4 & 9 of the Light Novels.

Abilities:
Heretic Gods are gods, heroes, and divine monsters who have stepped out of myths and legends to manifest in the mortal world, endangering people.
In the Campione! Universe, Heretic Gods such as Athena possess abilities known as Authorities. Should a mortal successfully slay a Heretic God by themselves, they will gain one of their authorities, or in rare cases, a good bunch, and become a Campione. There are only seven known Campione in the world, but that's a story for another time.

Athena has highly enhanced strength, reflexes, and the like, the default traits of a Heretic God.

Athena is capable of commanding owls and snakes as her eyes and ears. She has some power over the earth as well, usually shaping it into giant snakes which she uses to attack with, and is said to have the power to awaken dormant volcanoes.

As a goddess of death, Athena can sense life force.

The Serpent's Evil Eyes is her most frightening Authority, reflecting her history as the Queen Goddess degraded into the monster Medusa. This allows her to petrify all in her sight - plants, animals, inanimate objects, and the like, causing temporary death. It bypasses many forms of magic resistance, be it Campione or God. It is an active ability, not a passive one, and there are ways to break petrification, one way is for Athena herself to undo it.

An unnamed Authority that will simply be referred to as Clairvoyance, where she can tap into The Memories of the Void in the Netherworld to find what she seeks. However, this will tap into her home realm's Netherworld, so the information acquired is limited to the Campione! Universe, be it those who live there or those who have been there.

She possesses a wide variety of mortal spells.

As a Mother Earth Goddess, Athena can assume a monstrous form, remniscent of the legends of Medusa - a serpentine lower body and a frightening... well, everything else. This does make her act more wild and primal if control isn't maintained.

She is also capable of stealing the weapon of a God of Steel under the right conditions, essentially making said weapon a part of her.

Other minor abilities encompass weapon proficiency, such as in the fields of swordsmanship, scythewielding & archery, as well as manifesting the weapons required for such feats via basic magic.

Equipment:
The Shield of Aegis is an Authority that can be manifested to protect herself from many strikes.

A Pitch-Black Scythe is her primary offensive weapon and an Authority.​

Canon: We'll say Dragon Ball FighterZ, because I know not a thing of the main series

Powers and Abilities:
Cell possesses superhuman natural abilities and the ability to manipulate energy in the form of blasts and flight. He has only one unique ability of his own, absorption, though how he does this differs depending on what he is absorbing. For the normal people he absorbed in his Imperfect form, Cell impales them with his tail and absorbs their whole body, leaving only their clothes behind. For Androids 17 and 18 and Goku in GT, he absorbs them by widening the opening of his stinger and simply swallowing them whole. Cell has the signature techniques of all of the people whose cells composed him, including the Kamehameha wave, Death Saucer, and Death Beam. He also inherited Piccolo's regenerative powers, but far more powerful, to the point where he could regenerate from only one cell and Frieza and King Cold's ability to survive in space.

To list out all the special attacks he posses would make this claim the biggest one yet, but his power is rivaled only a few.

Weaknesses: Android 21 can be somewhat overconfident and can lose control when her urge to feed goes out of control.


Skills and Powers:

Ki:
  • The fighting power and life force of a martial artist, a tangible energy derived from the user's vigor, courage, and mind. It can be used in a number of ways, such as to surpass the limits of one's body to greatly increase in strength, and it can be fired as blasts of energy or used to create defensive barriers. Ki is a large part of Android 21's superhuman abilities, alongside her unusual composition and the varied DNA she possesses. Due to her nature as a hybrid created from the DNA of many fighters, Android 21 possesses many of their techniques.

Connoisseur Cut:
  • By absorbing an opponent's energy, Android 21 can use their techniques.

Instant Transmission:
  • After observing Goku use this technique, Android 21 learned it as well, which allows her to lock onto the ki signatures of others and teleport to their locations. Its use takes some concentration, which is aided by 21 putting his index and middle fingers to her forehead, and she needs a ki signature to teleport to, otherwise she cannot perform the technique. It can be used to teleport others as well, as long as they are in physical contact with 21.

Kamehameha:
  • Copied from Goku, Android 21 has the power to use his signature technique for herself.

Photon Wave:
  • Android 21 fires a Death Beam-like attack that travels along the ground and explodes.

Sweet Tooth:
  • Android 21 has the power to fire a beam of energy that will transform whatever she hits into whatever she desires, such as a macaron, cupcake, or donut. This also allows her to absorb them, gaining physical traits similar to their own, along with their abilities, and a great increase in her power.
Bio-Android Physiology:
  • Android 21 was created from the cells of the greatest warriors and minds to ever visit Earth, containing the DNA of Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, King Cold, probably Androids 17 and 18, Cell, and Majin Buu itself. Due to this combination of genes, Android 21 possesses numerous favorable traits and special abilities. Like Frieza's race, she can survive the gravest of injuries and live in the vacuum of space, and she has the regenerative capabilities of Majin Buu, and due to her Saiyan DNA, regenerating will actually make her stronger if she recovers after being close to death. She possesses even greater evolutionary potential than Cell.
Majin Physiology:
  • Due to possessing Majin Buu's cells, when she transforms has an unusual physiology that she can manipulate as she pleases, allowing her to stretch her limbs to extreme lengths, shape her body into bodies mimicking others, rip off chunks and use them to encircle and trap others, and even liquefy her own body before forcing himself into an opponent's orifices and expand, destroying them from the inside. Her amorphous body is highly resistant to injury and can even split into various other bodies through fission. She can even control severed parts of her body and use them to trap opponent
Regeneration:
  • Of the many unique abilities that Buu's cell gives her, one of the most useful and powerful is her immense regenerative power. Even if she is blown to bits or reduced to vapor, she can regenerate rapidly, reforming her body from even as little as pink gas.

Abilities:
  • Electromagnetism Manipulation: Campbell's powers enabled him to manipulate the electrical charge in molecules for a variety of effects, such as accelerating the heat in objects and levitation by repelling a person from the ground. In battle situations, he could shoot blasts of electromagnetic energy, capable of stunning or killing humans. He was also able to channel this energy through any metallic objects for diversions or to disrupt electronics. He can project the electromagnetic energy into spheres, beams or blasts, and also absorb electricity. He can knock down a plane or erase an entire city.
  • Skilled Martial Artist: Campbell's S.H.I.E.L.D. training gave him great skill in hand-to-hand combat. Often using his powers to aid him as he could block punches and even fling enemies across a room using his electricity. Campbell demonstrated this knowledge multiple times in the field, such as when fighting the highly skilled Alisha Whitley as well as multiple HYDRA guards while he and the Secret Warriors were attacking a facility.

Abilities (This includes the character's skills): Lycanthropy:As being bitten by a werewolf, Scott can transform and use the abilities as a werewolf. He can switch to his human and werewolf form as will. This also cures him from asthma.

Enhanced Strength: Scott has superhuman strength than other beta wolves such as Isaac and Erica (perhaps not stronger than Boyd), it is shown he could easily defeat both at the same time, it is even above the average on beta wolves.

Enhanced Speed & Agility: Scott has incredible speed, he can jump, climb and react faster than beta wolves. Heightened Senses: He has high senses that enables him to see, hear and smell better.

Accelerated Healing: Scott can heal quickly from most injuries.

Pain Transference: Scott can absorb and alleviate pain from other people/creatures.

Memory Transference: Scott can transfer memories by inserting his claws into nape of an individual's neck.

The bite: As a werewolf, he can bite you and turn you into a werewolf.... however, this is risky due to the true Alpha Status making him unable to kill and if the partcipant's body reject the bite, they kind of sort of die.

Ice Magic
The Blue Knight is capable of using and creating ice to his advantage. His capabilities are limited by his mana; once he runs out of it, he can't cast his magic for a limited amount of time.

Ice Shards
With his magic activated, Blue Knight can summon a series of ice shards from the sky, damaging and freezing struck opponents in place for a small amount of time, or till they're hit. The amount and effectiveness of his shards is dependent on his available mana.

Ice Bolt
Blue Knight can throw a small, yet powerful shard of ice forward, causing high damage to one opponent, and also freezing them solid for a moment, or till they're struck again.

Ice Encasement
For a small cost of mana, Blue Knight can momentarily infuse his weapon with his ice magic, causing an opponent to freeze and suffer additional damage once struck.

Ice Fist
When jumping, Blue Knight can summon a fist of ice to propel him into the air. Any enemies in its path are damaged and frozen.

As a knight of the King, Blue Knight is proficient with a plethora of weapons, ranging from swords to sabers, hammers, twigs or lightning rods.

When used, Red Knight releases a continuous discharge of lightning through his hand. It can electrocute multiple enemies, stunning them and dealing damage over time. Its range and duration are limited by his mana.

Charged Shot
Red Knight launches a small ball of lightning forward, dealing high damage to his target.

Static Impediment
Red Knight infuses his weapon with lightning for a moment, dealing extra damage over his base melee damage.

Lightning Pillar
Red Knight's jump is boosted by a discharge of electricity, allowing him to leap to great heights while knocking nearby enemies over.

Name: Shao Kahn, Konqueror of Realms, Ruler of Outworld

Series: Mortal Kombat

Canon: Post-Armageddon, Pre-Reboot, as a result of Dark Raiden's final actions in the original timeline, the Shao Kahn who was victorious and threatened the destruction of Earthrealm and the further konquering or potential destruction of other realms, his "glorious" future, was erased, in favor of Shao Kahn breaching the rules of Mortal Kombat and being destroyed by the Elder Gods. Or at least, that's what was supposed to happen. Due to how time works, the effects of Raiden's actions were immediate for Shao Kahn, as the world seemed to vanish into an endless blue void once Dark Raiden's head was smashed, pulling him apart molecule by molecule, sending him screaming into non-existence...but instead, the omniversal conflict we find ourselves in, drew Shao Kahn in, restoring this form of him to reality, a new reality but one nonetheless. A new realm to Konquer.

Abilities: Superhuman strength and durability, surprising speed and agility, Light Magic (Often coloured green), Soul Absorption and the powers of Blaze, namely fire-based empowerment, further increase in power and a distorted voice when the aura is active.

Equipment: Wrath Hammer.
