Quill smiled as he looked at Nathan who had taken his jacket from him. He smiled and muttered a you're welcome back so that Nathan could hear him say it.

" I got this," he said, pulling out his energy bolas and throwing it so it would hopefully entangle Sarge and Starscream so they would stop fighting.

The jet slammed into Sarge like a train, causing the soldier to let out another loud grunt. However, before Starscream slammed into the wall, Sarge managed to pull himself on top of the jet. The bullets provided good knockback for Sarge, though he managed to trudge forward.

Once he reached his position above the cockpit, Sarge began to shoot at it with his pistol, in hopes that might be his weak spot.

It dawned on Krystal what was happening...

Sarge had said earlier that two of them needed to fight. This was setting his plan in motion.

"No! Don't!" Krystal shouted, tackling Quill, hoping that it would cause his throw to be off.

Starscream transforms into his jet mode, tackles Sarge, and prepared to ram him into the wall. While doing so, his heated energy bullets coming out from the sides of the jet would repeatedly smack into Sarge's armour.

dink dink dink dink dink dink.

Sarge would hear a noise not unlike that of a pebble impacting with a sheet of solid steel. It sounded like his bullets weren't as dead-killy as he had hoped on Starscream's cockpit - perhaps it was armored for a good reason? The bullets harmlessly ricocheted off whatever surface they were hitting, making absolutely no penetration whatsoever.

It was then Sarge would realize that he isn't shooting at Starscream right now. A mountain of ceramite-laden power armor appeared in front of him, blocking the spray of fire with a mighty, ornate chest plate. If Sarge were to comically look upwards at the head of this giant, he would see. . .

"ENOUGH."

A metal face stared down at the Sarge, speaking with the voice of Titus but in a booming, synthesized roar that shook the very floor around the Hangar, swiftly overcoming any noise and commotion with it's sheer power. The towering space marine captain rammed his gauntlet forward, sending Sarge toppling off of Starscream's surface. In case the hasty sergeant tried to climb back on, Titus heaved his chainsword upwards from it's metal sheathe in a single swing of the arm, gripping it's trigger and holding the rumbling chainsaw blades a few inches away from Sarge's helmet.

Meanwhile, Starscream found that Titus was leveling his massive weight through his boot, forcing the jet's nose to dig into the floor at the protest of groaning metal and bolts and screws ripping out from their place. Titus made use of his other hand to level the Bolter over Starscream's cockpit, allowing for a single pull of the trigger to obliterate a significant chunk of the decepticon.

Before the either of them could react, Titus would leap off Starscream's surface to allow for Quill's energy bola grenade to restrain the two miscreants as they were left dazed from Titus' sudden intervention. The echoes of the space marines commands still haunted the Hangar Bay, possibly throughout the entire ship.

“Ugh.. y-ya damn idiot!” Sarge yelled as he tried to desperately separate himself from Starscream. If it wasn’t for Titus’ intervention, Sarge would have easily dodged Quill’s grenade thanks to Krystal’s tackle.

“You just ruined the entire Goddamn plan! The fighting was supposed to draw out the guards so they’d lower the shields and come in here so we could escape!” Sarge yelled through various grunts as he continued to desparately attempt to break out of the entanglement.

“I mean... to be fair, sir, that was a pretty shitty plan.” Grif replied as he looked down at the two, having to resist the urge to snicker at their predicament.

“Can it, Private! As a superior officer to both you and Titus, I order the both of you to let me out of this thing!”

“Eh... nah, seems like too much effort.”
Grif replied as he began to walk off, leaving Sarge and Starscream to figure a way out themselves.

The plan had obviously failed, so Chibi-Robo started to come up with a some plans himself. Perhaps the next plan can rely more on stealth than brute force

Peter Quill/ Star-Lord

Quill moved before Krystal could finish the tackle. He looked over at them. Well, it had worked. " I really didn't think it was a good plan. We have a group of diplomats and I'd rather not see them hurt because we did something stupid," he said.

@Crow @Siege @Otto @CrunchyCHEEZIT @Raptor Jesus @Space_Candy
“Well, there are like two guys out there. I think that with everyone here we could have taken them.

I was just saying it was a shitty plan because we have like four people talking to the Captain, and hopefully they can sort things out themselves.”

@Lucky

Nathan took Quill's jacket with caution, as he watched the chaos unfold in front of him, wide-eyed. He muttered a thank you, placing the coat on himself.

"Can you guys knock it off!?" he exclaimed, his brows knitting together. This place had no sense of calm.

"I can't stay calm when he's berserk!"

Starscream says as he barrel rolls in an effort to rid of the Sarge on his back. Thankfully, the cockpit's 'glass' panels were resistant, to protect pilots, not that there woulf be any. Such was the way of Cybertronian fibre glass or whatever transparent glass equivalent they use. During this barrel roll frenzy around the room, Starscream managed to evade Quill's barrage of blasts.

Just then, Titus stepped in and jumped onto Starscream's top, causing Sarge to halt his assault, and for Starscream to begin losing height and slowly but surely fall to the ground as he attempted to gain air, before screeching upon the ground.

"Thank the AllSpark that this mess is over," Starscream spoke to Titus, then to Sarge, "though, to think that you would attempt to use me as a decoy without my permission, Sarge? How very low."

Starscream then transformed back to his robot mode, still lying on the ground, then looked at Sarge, optic-to-eye.

Thank God. The plan was ruined! Now Gakupo and the others could come back to at least some sort of civility. "Yo! Titus!" Gumi rushed to the space marine, bowing. "Thank you! Realizing that the conflict had extinguished, Titus gripped the underside of his helmet, swiftly removing it and taking a breath. His voice switched back to that calm, collected tone once more, as if he hadn't just threatened to throw Starscream and Sarge into a sun. "You should listen to your troops more often. The plan was foolish to begin with. I had to intervene before either of you killed yourselves, or caused a hull breach in the bay." Despite the ridicule, Titus still gave the Sarge a heavy smack on the back, "I believe you are better suited on the battlefield than in the planning room, sergeant. Save your tenacity for when the true enemies arrive."

“What?! If I was your commanding officer, I’d have you shot for insubordination! I graduate at the top of my class in the Red academy, I’ll have you know!”

When Viktor tried to get Sarge to join whatever cult he was advertising, Sarge shook his head. “You mean you wanna make me into a robot?! No, I ain’t no cyborg ninja vampire like you!” Pausing for a moment, Sarge would then turn to look at Grif, and then back to Viktor.

“Now, Grif here on the other hand would love to be a part of your little cult!”

“What?! No I wouldn’t! Quit putting words in my mouth, Sarge!”

As Blitzcrank approached Sarge and made his stance clear, Grif couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight. “Heh, looks like you’ve made a new friend, Sarge.”

“Quiet, Grif! Or else I’ll have run you over with the—“ Pausing, Sarge would slowly look up to Grif and then back to Blitzcrank and let out a sigh. As your commanding officer, I would greatly appreciate that you knock it off with the disrespectful comments, Private. Meanwhile, Grif sat and grinned behind his helmet. This was going to be fun.

At this point, Nathan didn't really give a shit. He was unnervingly okay with this situation, it was better than being at home. He would take any opportunity to leave his or city. All this time he wished for the world to fuck off, and now he fucked off from the world. He turned over and faced the hanger wall, Quill's quasi-blanket up to his chin. He blinked at the wall in thought.

No one controlled him here, told him he was an embarrassment, asked for money, or drugs, they just accepted that he was there or tried to kill him, and he was okay with it.

He closed his eyes, letting sleep engulf him.
