dink dink dink dink dink dink.
Sarge would hear a noise not unlike that of a pebble impacting with a sheet of solid steel. It sounded like his bullets weren't as dead-killy as he had hoped on Starscream's cockpit - perhaps it was armored for a good reason? The bullets harmlessly ricocheted off whatever surface they were hitting, making absolutely no penetration whatsoever.
It was then Sarge would realize that he isn't shooting at Starscream right now. A mountain of ceramite-laden power armor appeared in front of him, blocking the spray of fire with a mighty, ornate chest plate. If Sarge were to comically look upwards at the head of this giant, he would see. . .

"ENOUGH."
A metal face stared down at the Sarge, speaking with the voice of Titus but in a booming, synthesized roar that shook the very floor around the Hangar, swiftly overcoming any noise and commotion with it's sheer power. The towering space marine captain rammed his gauntlet forward, sending Sarge toppling off of Starscream's surface. In case the hasty sergeant tried to climb back on, Titus heaved his chainsword upwards from it's metal sheathe in a single swing of the arm, gripping it's trigger and holding the rumbling chainsaw blades a few inches away from Sarge's helmet.
Meanwhile, Starscream found that Titus was leveling his massive weight through his boot, forcing the jet's nose to dig into the floor at the protest of groaning metal and bolts and screws ripping out from their place. Titus made use of his other hand to level the Bolter over Starscream's cockpit, allowing for a single pull of the trigger to obliterate a significant chunk of the decepticon.

"IF YOU WORK AGAINST EACHOTHER, THEN YOU ARE BOTH LIABILITIES THAT I CANNOT AFFORD FOR THIS MISSION. DO THIS AGAIN, AND I WILL PERSONALLY HURL BOTH OF YOU INTO THE NEAREST STAR SO THAT YOU MAY REPENT IN NATURES FLAMES."
"DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR."
Before the either of them could react, Titus would leap off Starscream's surface to allow for Quill's energy bola grenade to restrain the two miscreants as they were left dazed from Titus' sudden intervention. The echoes of the space marines commands still haunted the Hangar Bay, possibly throughout the entire ship.
