"Well," Dark said, sitting back, "It is Mother's Day, so I suppose she has more of a right to Daizi than I do today."

"We can't just let her be jealous," Daizi said.

"No, we cannot, but for just now, it is not the end of the world." Dark replied. Battles needed to be chosen, and it was Mother's Day, so he would let it go just then.
 
Alec grinned and stood. "I'm going to go help Xander with the Shrub. Have fun! Ivy, don't forget to share sometimes." He headed into the kitchen to see what Xander was up to.
