Cazimir Heskel
Kryamn Forest - Rythe group

Cazimir shrugged. Well, that's that. "What a shame. And here I was thinking that maybe I could mess with you just a little bit more." he said with a grin, looking around as he saw that everyone else is staring to make camp. "Do you do that everyday, pop in people's heads?" he asked in a rather lighthearted tone, although he was truly curious of the girl's ability. How does it work? It was almost like that man fairy's abilities... he supposed it must have been a rather usual trait of faeries, one he did not inherit because of his hybrid, tainted bloodline. As sad as it is, he did not have anything resembling his mother's blood anymore. But he was still curious for some reason, he wanted to know more about his mother. As the kitsune formed the balls of fire around their camp, Cazimir tugged at Imogen's hand. "Let's go over there." he said as he pointed on one of the further campfires, ones that are close enough to be in sight of the others, but far enough to provide a bubble of privacy. "You know..." he said as he led her to it. He was staring at the campfires, the flames seemingly flickering in his golden eyes. "I've been wanting to ask you a couple of things... since I saw your wings."

Well I mean, you could mess with me a bit more... is what she wanted to say. A smile formed on her face as Cazimir grinned at her again, it seemed as though she couldn't help but smiling in the presence of this man. He began to ask her questions about how she can read people's minds, the idea of it made her nervous. She didn't want to lie to him but she didn't want him to be afraid of her either; she liked him... Imogen's heart fluttered a bit as he suggested they move to the furthest campfire from the group, it's pace beginning to quicken as he pulled her there. She held onto his hand and watched his face as he peered in the flames, the warm glow kissed his cheeks and brought a warmness to him. Imogen knew that Brutus was hesitant about him, she could feel it, but looking at him now as he appeared somewhat vulnerable, she couldn't understand why. She only saw a gentle man, though a bit rough around the edges; she thought back to the memory she had accidentally seen, the one of him as a boy with his mother. Somewhere, something had happened to him and she wanted to help him; she wanted to know him.

Imogen removed her hand from Cazimir's and sat near the fire. She pulled him down to sit beside her and then recounted the questions he had asked. "I have questions I want to ask you as well... so let's make a deal, OK?" she asked, her nerves racing. "I won't lie to you as long as you don't lie to me but you have to promise that... that you won't be scared of me." Imogen looked away from him and into the fire, her eyes sad. "I don't know what I would do if you were."

Imogen's small smile appeared again as she looked back to him, "first, I told you if you really wanted to talk to me through my mind that I can make that happen but it means you really have to trust me. Second, I don't pop into people's heads every day. That would be really quite rude... but I can read your thoughts. I can feel your feelings..." she trailed off slightly thinking about when she borrowed his confidence to take his hand in hers. She was curious as to what he was thinking now but decided to allow him his privacy. Imogen was not the type to talk about what she can do with others, as it normally scared them off but she felt as though she could trust Cazimir. Something inside of her hinted to her that he felt the same push toward her as she did toward him. "Anyway, what did you want to ask me?"

Cazimir raised an eyebrow as he accepted the deal. Him? Scared of her? If you knew how I really am, you'll be the one getting scared for you life. he thought sadly. When she started talking about her abilities, he just nodded silently, mostly because he had expected it. He didn't know the boundaries of her abilities, and to be honest it kind of worried him a little that she can see through his head. After all the fucked up things he had done in the past 800 years, the thought that this girl will stumble on the worse part of him and see him for the monster he truly is... it broke his heart a little.

"Well... " he started, as she asked him his questions. "You see... your wings..." he hesitated. "My mom had them. In fact, I used to have them as well. But, uhh, things happened and..." without warning, he held his shirt and dragged it up, undressing himself slightly so that he was naked from the waist up. He grinned and winked at her teasingly. "Don't swoon, Imo." he said with a small laugh, but what he really wanted to show her was something else. He turned a little so that that his back was exposed. There it was, the scars his wings had left him, and the birthmark underneath it. In any usual time, he would have made an amused remark about it, but he knew it was probably not the best time to joke around, not while he was showing her the scar... which he still felt a little bitter about. "So yeah!" he said, trying to lighten the mood. "I had those wings before... but my... well, my mom died when I was young so... I had no idea about the race itself whom I share half my blood with." his eyes seemed to get a little lost as he stared into the campfire. "You said you come from Oblitus... are there more people like you somewhere?"

Kryamn Forest - Campire with Cazimir

Imogen listened as he mentioned her wings, his hesitation cut through her but he began to speak about his mother. Cazimir! the woman's voice from the memory she saw echoed in her head once again. The boy in the field, the sun-shaped birthmark. Imogen was ripped from her thoughts as Cazimir he began to remove his shirt, the hot feeling returned to her face as her cheeks were painted with a pink hue. As he grinned, winked at her, and cautioned her not to swoon she only blushed more and smiled sheepishly. Stunning... As he turned his back to her, revealing the scars of where his wings once were but what caught her eye was the sun-shaped birthmark just below the hardened flesh. Imogen stared at it as he talked about having faery wings before and his mother dying at a young age. He's... he's a faery and he has the same birthmark as I do? This can't be a coincidence it just can't... Imogen barely heard him ask about their kind as she had so many questions herself, any onlooker would believe she was completely awe-struck with the topless man before her but she was in such disbelief with what she was seeing and hearing.

"More people... like me?" she asked, still mesmerized by the birthmark on his back. "The only other person I've seen with wings like mine is that creepy faery, Salazaar. To tell you the truth, I was abandoned in Oblitus and I don't know who my birth parents are or even if they're alive anymore." As the young fae told him about her past her hand slowly reached out toward his back, her soft fingers making contact with his skin where his birthmark was. Instantly Imogen's eyes widened as large as they could go, somewhat shaking as her pupils dilated

and then it hit. There was sunshine and it looked like some place in Oblitus; it most definitely was not New Eden. It was quiet... were there even people around? A familiar smell... a familiar hand. The hand was on her face, cupping her cheek. His hand was warm against her skin but it didn't feel wrong. The hand belonged there, his hand. The familiar touch. She had felt it before, this was not the first time they shared a close embrace. Her hand. Her hand was on the back of his neck. It belonged there too... were they lovers? His hand gently pulled her closer to him, their noses touched briefly and then their lips pressed against each other's, locking together. It belonged. Her hand ran across his back and felt the scars there; Cazimir...

Imogen removed her fingers from Cazimir's back, startled by the vision she had. It felt all too familiar too her, though she had not had a premonition in such a long time, the feeling she had when they happened were the same. Her heart was racing and she drew a breath to calm herself before Cazimir noticed. That was me and him... the future? She smiled softly at the idea and returned her fingers back to his birthmark as she traced it. "I have something to show you now." Imogen lifted the bottom of her dress up, revealing her soft skin, "now you better not swoon either, Caz." She chuckled softly and then lifted her dress a bit higher, showing him the sun shaped birthmark on her leg.

Cazimir took a sharp breath when he felt her fingers graze against his birthmark. And then she went... silent. Cazimir glance over at her, seeing that she looked startled, seemingly trying to calm herself. He was going to ask if she's alright, but she seemed to regain some of her composure, as she said she's going to show him something else. Intrigued, he put his shirt back on, only to realize that she was lifting the end of her dress a little up her leg. Her skin looked so soft and fair... his eyes widened a little bit as he coughed awkwardly. It was then that her own birthmark was revealed, and Cazimir couldn't help but gasp a little bit. "You also have that?" he said. His hand itched to touch it, but that probably won't be the most gentlemanly thing to do. "My mom... had the same birthmark too. She used to say it was a mark of the pride in our lineage... I never really understood what she meant. His eyes met hers. "I'm sorry about your parents. I guess I would know a bit about it, I never met my father." he took a random stick from the ground and started poking the flames, the embers flying up like small fireflies in the night.

Imogen
Kryamn Forest - Campdfire with Caizmir

Imogen chuckled lightly as she noticed Cazimir's cool expression lift from his face, being replaced with wide eyes and an awkward cough. Am I making him nervous? she thought to herself in private amusement. Why on earth would he be nervous right now? Imogen held up her dress for a moment as he studied the same sun-shaped birthmark on her leg; the two were one in the same. The young Fae held her dress there as Cazimir spoke about his mother and their lineage. When his eyes met hers he she could feel a trace of sadness? loss? longing? Whatever it was it left a pit in Imogen's stomach and she wanted to comfort him somehow, though she didn't know exactly how.

and then it hit. their lips pressed against each other; locking together.

Imogen's gaze widened a bit as the image of the two them. lovers. appeared in her head again. The thought of them together like that brought a sense of reassurance to her; she knew that she wouldn't need to borrow Cazimir's confidence again. Imogen shifted toward Cazimir, they were now sitting side by side, shoulder to shoulder. She leaned her head against his arm and stared at the fire as he played with it. "I'm sorry about your father, Caz. It's horrible not knowing your parents or who you are." a sad look overcame her face as she thought about her adoptive parents. "Your mom, she was a faery then? I wonder what she meant by the mark of pride in our lineage. I only have three clues as to who ... or what I really am. One is this birthmark," she looked back down to her still exposed thigh, "the other is my name. My parents, they were elves by the way, told me I was found with a blanket with the name Imogen on it and lastly, this." Imogen pulled out the white opal that had been hiding on a chain underneath her dress this entire time. It now dangled from her hand as she held it outstretched before dropping it to rest on her chest. It was a beautiful gem that was attached to a rather long silver coloured chain. "I had it when they found me," she sighed recounting the events of her past, "I guess it's pretty weird. A baby left all alone in the forest, adopted by elves, forced to be some kind of circus act moving from village to village reading people's futu-" she stopped, realizing what she had started to say. She had never told anyone before that she could see, or rather that she once could see into the future.

"Umm..oh! I'm sorry I'm being selfish. You had wings once, too? Do you remember what happened to them?" Imogen asked curiously but also trying to deflect what she had just said.

"I'm sorry about your father, Caz." Upon hearing this, he scoffed, poking the fire a little too hard. It is indeed horrible to not know who your parents are, but he'd sooner kill himself than feel any bit of affection towards that person. "I hate him. My father, I mean. It's a good thing he was never in my life, I guess. He would have made a pathetic excuse of a father. Seducing my mom, leaving her with a child and never looking back... I don't know the whole story, but I know damn well he's a prick." when she started talking about his mom though, his golden eyes softened significantly. "Yes, my mom was a faery. But she always hid her wings for some reason. She was the most wonderful mother I could ever ask for and I..." killed her. A feeling of guilt and sorrow gripped his heart, a crushing feeling on his insides. He sighed and let the image of her death in his head go, hoping that it was something Imogen will not stumble about.

He listened to her speak about her clues on her identity, but then she started talking about being forced in some circus act, which got his attention. He held her hand a little, worry in his eyes. "Imo... you..." he hesitated. "Never mind. Don't tell me if you don't feel comfortable to, but remember that I'm here to listen to your troubles if you want to. I had an old friend who once taught me that talking to someone and unburdening your troubles helps--- some psychological crap about how the feeling of kinship between people reduces the stress hormones about twenty percent. Or was it fifteen? I can't remember." he grinned sheepishly, his hand squeezing hers to comfort her again, just like he did earlier. "That friend of mine was a strange one, she's always been a medical nerd." he said a little sadly. "But the point is: I'm here. For the next few hours we'll have nothing else to do, after all. So... I'm not the listener type, but if it will help you..." he trailed off, glancing at her and meeting her eyes. He raised her hand on his lips and kissed it, much like he did when they first talked, only now his eyes looked more tender and encouraging.

Imogen
Kryamn Forest; Campfire with Cazimir

Imogen studied Cazimir's face as he talked about his father, his expression was a lot more stern than normal. His face shifted as he started to talk about his mother, the love for her was clear in his tone of voice as he talked about her. Imogen didn't know what it was to love her parents. As his voice halted and shifted topics the young fae noticed a certain sadness in his eyes.

Imogen smiled softly at Cazimir's offer to listen to her troubles. He barely knows me but he's wants to help me... Why though? Does he care for me in some strange way? Her smile filled with embarrassment as she felt Cazimir's lips against her hand. The same warm feeling flushed through her body as it had before when he did it before departing for the adventure. Her heart began to beat quickly again but this time she did not stutter in her words. "Cazimir..." she said softly.

Imogen brought her other hand to meet their joined ones. She cupped his hand with both of hers now and gazed into his eyes, she smiled warmly at him as his words echoed in her head. Feeling the kinship between people... Is that what I felt with Cazimir? Is that the feeling I have been experiencing since I first saw him in the Warden's Keep? "Once upon a time I was able to see people's futures like this." she was referring to their hands intertwined, "I lost that ability when I saw something awful in the future of a man. I thought I had lost it completely until... Until I touched your birthmark, the same sensations of what it used to be like came rushing back like I had opened flood gates. I can no longer control when I can do it, but I guess it can still happen." Imogen's voice was soft as she spoke, her eyes had stayed on Cazimir's. She no longer seemed like a young girl in this moment with her small hands wrapped around his. She squeezed them softly, "you're right, we have many hours ahead of us... I'm happy to spend them with you, " she said sheepishly as she watched him. Imogen's smile returned, "if you're not the listener type Caz, what type are you?"

Brutus Magnolia - Kryamn Forest

Brutus had stood guard while the others finished setting up camp for the night. Looking over at the numerous fires that surrounded the group he chose to sit at the one closest to the one that Imogen and Cazimir were sitting at. He didn't want to interrupt their conversation, but he was close enough to eavesdrop using his highly attuned wolf ears and intervene should the playboy try anything indecent on the child. What he heard gave him a new respect for Cazimir, the two of them had similarities, a life without a father, a mother who died when they were still young. He wasn't sure what the man's true feelings for Imogen were, but he trusted him not to break her heart while on this journey.

Imogen's power to see into the future shocked him, such a powerful ability could be incredibly dangerous in the wrong hands. It made him want to protect her from harm that much more. He couldn't explain his own feelings for the little faery, he knew they weren't romantic, his heart belonged to Rhiannon, but he still felt an easy camaraderie with the girl. It was almost like she was the sister Brutus never had. Still he didn't think she'd like it if she found out he was eavesdropping, so he decided not to ask her about her future seeing.

He'd invited Rhiannon to join him by the fire he was at. They hadn't gotten a true moment alone together since he confessed his love for her back at her shop. He wanted to feel her warmth beside him once again.

Rhiannon - Kryamn Forest

The vampire blinked at the kitsune’s outburst. She was right in some effect but the forest likely thought more of Lisa as a daughter rather than a bride. Sighing she unsaddled and unbridled her horse before making her way over to Brutus and sitting next to him, “Hey,” She smiled at him as she tucked herself next to his side, “What a day…”

Ryuna, Kryamn Forest

Ryuna sighed softly as she listened to the soft chatter of the people below her. It was hurting her to see them so happy while she felt so dead inside. Her heart ached as if she was missing something more important than just the person she knew the best. Who knew what would happen from here on out.

Ratchel
Kyramn Forest

After finally getting a chance to rest for awhile Ratchel let out a good long sigh over the day. She had never had so much happen to her and yet so little, the undead incident at Eden, the call to arms by the Grandmaster, and then this expedition with Lycans, vampires, Angels, and whatever the hell those suits of armor are. while also strangely enough romance seemed to blossom among our group, Imogen with the playboy, Brutus with Rhiannon, all seeming to hook up rather nicely.

Ratchel felt an emptiness in her chest that seemed to get bigger the more she looked at either Imogen's new flame or Rhiannon and Brutus little puppy love it made her feel sad, alone, and maybe even a bit angry at them.... Slapping herself at the thought in disgust over such a juvenal thing such as envy. Being alone for about 5 years now, going on 6 tomorrow had been made painfully obvious by these lovesick morons!.... Maybe she needed to take her mind off all the couples and maybe create some Crystal art. Not the place for making stuff, but then again this wasn't the place for flirting..... I really need to find a new lover. She sighed heavily as she started to make some art.

A small Crystal started to blossom out of the ground by her feet it was as big as a basketball and was a rainbow of color, using her magic the crystal started to stretch out and take shapes of extremities such as arms and legs, the sounds were not loud enough to bother the group and Ratchel was already forgetting about the couples. Couples? What couples? Just me and this piece I'm crafting out of boredom. "Finished." She said to herself. It was a mini- figurine of the group going through the blue flames together, the faces and article of clothing were, perfect down to the last detail. Other on this expedition saw what she was doing with the crystals.

Brutus Magnolia - Campfire with Rhiannon

He smiled as Rhiannon snuggled up next to him, wrapping his arm around her shoulder to pull her closer to him. "What a day indeed." He said, his thoughts removed from Imogen and Cazimir for the time being. "Thanks again for helping with the minotaurs. I was being stupid again, rushing off like that, wasn't I?" He asked, regret in his eyes. He wasn't trying to be reckless, he just had this burning urge to keep the ones that he loved safe from harm.

Rhiannon - Campfire side with Brutus

Smiling she leaned glanced up at him, "You really should stop thinking that you need to take on the world by yourself," She told him, "We are in this together. We will face all that dare to tell us we are wrong for being who we are and defeat them," Her certainty was amusing if not endearing. She fiddled with the edge of her skirt. Her flesh was warmer than normal and she looked more human than likely she ever had to those around her. Her cheeks were flushed slightly.

Brutus Magnolia - Campfire with Rhiannon

Brutus sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, but smiled at Rhiannon's words. Every time he felt like he was about to crack under the pressure of the world around him, there she was. "You're right. I just need things to slow down so I can finally take a breath, even if its just for a moment." He looked down at her, smiling up at him, her cheeks flushed slightly, she looked really adorable. He stroked her cheek with his hand, and slowly brought their lips together. Every anxiety vanished in that kiss, it was everything he needed.

Rhiannon -Fireside with Brutus

The vampire blinked as she was kissed by him. Her heart fluttered as she realized this was going to be a normal thing for them. As they pulled apart she smiled at him, "You should relax for this evening," She cupped his cheek in her hand as she tilted her head studying him. Had his eyes always been that bright? She kissed him deeply again, "You have blessed me more than any before."

Lisa
Lisa gave a small yawn. These people were so.. Strange. They made hot things like mini-suns at night instead of curling up underneath a shrug and falling asleep listening to the soft murmurs and squeals of the night as hunters devoured prey, as prey cackled at their new little hiding spots. Lisa loved the night and everything about it, the fact that you couldn't see made it more thrilling, like a big game of hide & seek, not that she was in danger, the Forest made sure she was safe from the animals. "Bird of Forest? But Lisa no wings.." Lisa mumbled to herself at the womans words as the doggy left her, changed into another one of them and sat down next to the woman beside a mini-sun, as did the girl, along with the man, and before she knew it, the ground had spread out. "Weirdos.." Lisa grumbled before spotting a miniature rainbow. Lisa got on all-fours like she had seen many of the big kitties do and grawled towards it before stopping a few inches away, her hat covering her face from the woman's view. The girl lifted her hat off her head, revealing the top of her head and bared her teeth like she'd seen so many animals do. "Rawr!" She laughed before rolling onto her back and staring at the fascinating mini-figures. "Pretty." She smiled, her eyes glued to the odd.. Thing. "You all very strange, very, very strange." Lisa hummed as she gazed on.

Ratchel
Campfire

Was blown away by just how adorable this girl was laughing at her antics and her strange yet equally adorable way of talking. "Why hello." She said with a motherly smile. "Your Lisa right? Welcome to the weirdo circus that is our party." She couldn't help but chuckle as the girl seemed to be entranced by the mini-Figurines she made. "It's a hobby. I can make anything you ask of me." She stated. An idea formed in her head a way to welcome this girl into the party maybe. "Would you like me to make you something? I can make almost anything you ask. Tree's, cats, or even a doggy." She chuckled a little at that last one seeing how this girl loves animals.

Lisa
"Uh.. Make a.. That!" Lisa giggled, pointing towards the mysterious mini-sun everyone was huddling down beside. "It's pretty! Besides! Lisa see many animal." Lisa giggled giddily, her eyes full of excitement, like it were her birthday. "Yes! I am a Lisa, nice meet you, person!" Lisa smiled, holding out a delicate hand happily, eyes birhgt and wides and she got up onto her knees, her legs resting on her hat like a mat. "Are you Lisa too?" Lisa pondered, Humans was what the forest called the, but it didn't sound quite right to her, so sometimes, Lisa just came up with names for things, she just didn't really care for anything but animals and various other things that interested her, such as the small party that had gathered in her forest. "Where from? Lisa's home not visited much, very odd, you all very odd." Lisa questioned brightly, leaning forward on her elbows as she felt the slightest bit of fatigue rest on her eyes. "Forest no happy about you, doesn't like me here with you, but Forest will stay away." Lisa hummed, simply speaking her mind to all those nearby, which was peimarily the nice lady before her.

Ratchel
Campfire

Chuckled softly as she got to work making a campfire figurine a crystal forming from the ground. Ratchel only needed 5 minutes to make the campfire but she decided to add more flare to it, infuse a little bit of magic in it the crystal flame make it glow a beautiful red and orange color like the campfire, Ratchel even wanted to make tiny figurines of both her and Lisa sitting by the fire. Ratchel talking with the girl as she was making working. "No sorry I'm not a Lisa. Names Ratchel. Ratchel glassfeld." Smiling like she did with Micheal. "As for where I'm from. I'm from New Eden its a very beautiful city." The girl probably didn't know what a city was so explanations were in order. "hmm. It's like a big stone forest where everyone lives together and helps each other out." Was almost done. "Well, maybe I can talk it out with the forest." She turned to a tree. "Don't worry. I know it's hard, but every parent has to let their kid go." Saying it more as a joke to the tree but with some of what she considered true. "Annnd Done!" Giving the fancy and beautiful piece to Lisa the small fire glowed like the big one. "Just let me know if you ever need anything." She patted the girls head and smiled motherly.

Ryuna, Kryamn Forest

The kitsune glared at the antics the crystal user was performing. She didn’t take certain things seriously that she should have and it annoyed the demon beyond what she cared to admit, “You shouldn’t mock the spirit of this forest, angel,” She says softly as she stands up. Something just beyond the edge of the fires caught her attention, “Stay among the fire.”

She jumped out of the well lit area and landed near the large misty looking white stag that didn’t even bother looking at her. It had come to check on the child. Likely it had never shown itself to her merely cared for her. The kitsune spoke gently and low to the creature. Its large antler reached up into the lower branches making one wonder how it didn’t get stuck on every low branch. It snorted then stamped its cloved hoof in an angry gesture.

The ninetailed fox hummed as she seemed to be carrying on a converstation with the large beast.
