Stahlhiem: College of Magic (Rebooted!) IC

"Where's the foo- Schedule. Where can I get the schedule." Harrison blurts out before quickly correcting himself. Even he knew that it was rude to immediately ask someone 'Where's the food.' What was wrong with him? Did he subconsciously want to be turned into a statue because this person seemed annoyed enough to do it, not to mention powerful enough to probably flashfreeze both him, Kodner and this entire hallway.

Trying to focus he held his hands behind his back, freezing them over once again as he concentrated on maintaining the freeze even as he moved. He found that the concentration required by magic often helped him focus. It was good to be focused upon probably one of the most powerful ice mages alive. Very good. Very healthy.

The Ice Mage looks at the Beastman and to her it was obvious what the student wanted. She simply pointed down to the main corridor. "Down the hall and take the 4th door. It shall be the largest door. There you can find the Dining Hall. The Nugs gathered there to make merry and eat, as they tend to do. I shall send you the schedule when you get settled in." She replied.

"Uh, thanks. Thank you? Thank you." Says Harrison to the ice mage, nodding and bowing a little, unsure of what he was to do in the presence of someone like this. Spinning around, he begins to walk away, inspecting his hand. 'Seems like the ice got a lot thicker...' he thinks to himself, before he stops focusing and closes his hand into a fist, shattering the ice.

Shaking his hand, he waves his hand towards Kodner. "I'll see you later, yeah? Gonna go get something to eat! Unless ya wanna join me, that is." He says, grinning at the Vermillionkin before he begins making his way down the hall. Quickly finding the fourth Door, he mutters a small prayer to the gods before opening the door and stepping in.

"Bye," Kodner said to the bear. He then turned to the mage, "Thank you ma'm."

He turned around and walked to his dorm to put his stuff in his chest.

[Ten minutes later]
'Oh dear high gods I'm gonna die!' Screamed Harrison as a flying watermelon forces him to duck, narrowly avoiding death as it slams into a Nug just behind him. Quickly diving behind an upturned table, that had holes in it oh dear, he sits against the wood, trying to figure out where this all went wrong.

He had just been sitting at the table, eating the amazing food (It was so good there had to be magic involved oh dear gods), trying to ignore the Nugs as they went about their business when one of them had the bright idea (Just kidding they're Nugs) to start a food fight. Fast forward about three minutes and there he was, cowering behind a table as roars of anger and pain echo throughout the hall.

"Okay. Think think think. What do I do whatdoIdo?" Harrison mutters to himself in a panic before an idea comes to him. Grabbing a leg of the table, he heaves and snaps it off with little effort. Licking his lips in concentration, he begins to channel, the leg quickly being coated in a thick, solid layer of ice. Looking over the edge of the table as he channels, he sees that while half of the competitors seem have collapsed, the rest were making up for their lack of numbers with even more vigor.

After he decides that the ice was thick enough, Harrison stop channeling and begins channeling a new spell. Trying to remember his exercises and the instructions in the books, he holds out his right hand. Focusing upon the palm, he watches as a 30cm long shard of ice forms and floats above his hand, hovering. He was ready.

Standing up with a roar, he uses the frozen table leg in his left hand to bat away an incoming pie as all attention comes to him. For a moment, there is a lull in the noise and food throwing, pure silence and food remains echoing throughout the room as the Nugs eye him, before one yells "Get da big 'umie boyz!" and Harrison was forced to defend against multiple deadly incoming foodstuffs at once, firing the icicle shard in his hand to impale a full size watermelon coming straight at him.

Master Landrain - Office

The Master takes a moment to think about it and she figured that it wouldn't hurt to do a little extra. She goes back to her desk and motioned for the student to take a seat before taking out a quill and parchment. "Now tell me your message?" She asked.

Simon - Office

Simon just passed her a sealed envelope "Here, I would prefer if this got to master Waltherus by tonight since it's kind of important but I can understand if you don't actually believe me" after giving her the Letter Simon gave her a bow "Thank you Master Landrain"

Simon walked to the cafeteria to get some food. When he opened the door Simon was surprised to see that it had become a war zone and he narrowly avoided a ball of mashed potatoes coming his way. He chuckled to himself "Might as well have a little fun before everything turns dark he thought" From behind a door Simon created a skeletal warrior in the middle of the room who started to fling pies and gravy at anybody nearby.

Harrison held the Nug up by the throat as he used the struggling xeno as a living shield, placing him in the way of incoming (food) fire. Noticing an apple being launched at him from an angle he hadn't had to defend against before, he quickly spun the Nug around, who took the apple to the back of the head, falling unconcious.

Dropping the Nug, which collapsed like a puppet with its strings cut, Harrison eyes the new arrivals. It was another person and what looked like... what the hells. What the actual hells was that?! A walking, moving, food throwing skeleton? It just wasn't right.

Shuddering, Harrison decides that the abomination of nature needed to be removed. Turning so that his side faces the abomination, he tosses his makeshift ice baton with his hand, catching the wider end in his palm before he moves, fluid as a stream, and sends the baton flying forward and into the skeleton, the force of the blow dislodging most of its bones and sending them clattering to the floor as his baton embedded itself into the wall. He was rather chuffed that it survived that if he was honest with himself.

Sprinting over towards the person, he dove into a slide just a second before a cake replaced where his head was, grabbing his baton and getting into a crouched position, looking at the newcomer. "HELP ME! THERE ARE SKELETONS!" He yelled at him.

Time Skip - Night

As the day turned to night, the marryment and feasting slowly came to an end as the coming moon and darkness caused most people to head for their homes. The ones that don't are either the nightly guards or the soldiers who were dragging their drucken comrades back to camp. In the college the students were preparing for night as it was time for curfew as the Goblins picked apart and scavenged what was left of the food fight. Theu walked into the dueling room to see that the Beastman girl was already there. He felt an eerie chill in the room as he entered and he smiled as his plan was beginning to set in motion.

Once he was finally released with the Nugs from the detention room, with plenty of them patting him on the back (seemed they grew a respect for him), Harrison decided to follow the supervisor's instructions and make his way down towards where he was told the Dorms were.

Marching his way through, tired beyond belief, he quickly followed his guide (Who he was pretty sure was a student but seemed old enough that he could be a teacher) toward his room. After being ushered in by the guide, he took a look around. Two beds, tall ceiling, a rather large desk, some windows and what looked like a bathroom. One of the room's beds was crumpled and messy, while the other was pristine and untouched.

Slinging his bag from his shoulder, Harrison places it upon the bed as he begins to pull out various memorabilia, placing them all around his side of the room as he begins to try and personalise his area. His favourite rock went on his desk next to his favourite stick, his favourite bone balancing upon the stick. His bag and the various coats he brought were hung up on a few hangers attatched to the wall on his side, and the rest of the random junk in his bag was spread around.

Laying down on top of the bed covers, his eyes quickly snapped open. Pushing himself back down on the bed, his mind screeched to a stop as it tried to comprehend exactly how soft and comfortable this bed is holy crap. Wriggling a little bit, he got comfortable, laying his head on the pillow and drifted off into a nap.

Coro- Dueling room

Coro looks over to see the door opening and theu walking in and he was... smiling. "What the fuck are you smiling about?... you know what never mind i dont care what do you want from me?"

After a long day in the festival Kodner re-entered his lonely dorm to find the bear getting in the other bed.

"Oh welcome to the dorm." He said.

"Nice to finally have a room mate." He continued.

Lazily waving his hand above his head in Kodner's general direction, Harrison felt glad that he at least had someone he knewas a roommate, instead of a potential asshole. Settling in to his bed, he pulls out a journal and pencil. He normally didn't bother subscribing to journals, but his parents had demanded that he record every day, both for his and their convenience. So, he set to writing.

It took a bit of a while, as his hands were too big and his fingers too thick to easily hold a pencil built for a human, but eventually he managed to write it down. His penmanship left a lot to be desired, but he knew quite a few new words thanks to his magically crash course, and he didn't hesitate to implement them in there. After he was satisfied with what he had written, Harrison placed the Journal underneath his pillow, said goodnight to Kodner, and went to sleep.

"Night." He said to his new room mate. From his chest he grabbed a multiple items to start on his work. He pulled out the chair form the desk he used. Laying out a towel on the desk. He sat down placing down his other items. Then before grabbing a handful of dead leaves out of a bag he put on a pair of gloves. He put the leaves in a metal bowl and took a small club and started crushing the leaves.

After a few moments he got a match and set the leaf bit s on fire until it died out this took about 20 minutes. After the fire went out he put the bowl in a bucket of water so the inside could cool down without getting wet. After the bowl cooled down he put it back on the desk. he went to his chest and got a knife as well as a cutting board and some mint leaves. After putting the cutting board down he started to chop up the mint leaves until they were small strips.

He took the strips and put them in the bowl with the ashes. With the club he mixed the two types of leaves up before putting water in it until it was a thick mixture. He rolled the mixture in to about 20 small balls which he picked them up with tongs and put them over a candle flame to turn hard. He did this to alll of them one at a time so he didn't mess up. Then Kodner proceeded to put the cooked balls in to a small jar he screwed the lid on. He wrote on a piece of paper "Stomach Medicine" then glued the paper onto the jar. After finishing his work Kodner put the Medicine along with all of the items he used away after cleaning them. This took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. He finally went to sleep after that.

Theu - Dueling Hall

"Nothing much really. I was just wondering if you know why I wanted to bring you here? Do you know? Or do you wish me to say it for all the world to hear?" Theu told her.

Coro- Dueling hall

Coro takes a moment thinking about her past. "If you weren't a noble then yea i could think of quite a few things but nothing that would get your attention so no i don't know why you want me here"

Theu - Dueling Hall

"I see..." He replied and he walked around the girl, examining her from head to feet. "What if I said I wished to use you to help millions of people, and potential more billions in the long term? Would that come as a surprise?"

Coro- Dueling Hall

Coro was indeed surprised mainly because she couldn't wrap her head around being able to help that many people ever.
"That is surprising........ however why me? If you want to help people go get a more experienced mage."

"One would think. Now I wonder if you know the full extent of your powers. Tell me, have you heard of a land known as the Deep Woods?" He asks her.

"Yes i lived there for a time what about it?" coro pauses for a moment. "wait what do you mean if i know the full extent of my powers??"
